Pros:

Well located. Generally clean.

Cons:

We had a 2 bedroom suite, and the master didn't have a smart TV which is almost mandatory now especially since we were there for 3 nights to be able to connect to Netflix etc. And the approach to the rooms isn't air conditioned so you walk through a very hot area not a climate controlled one.

Bij een 2 kamer app is van 1 slaapkmr de douche ruimte niet ensuite. Dus voor 2 stelletjes minder geschikt. Wel voor gezinnen.

Great city base to explore
Pros:

Location is excellent. Pool is a real feature, the view particularly in the evening is great. Feel in the bustle of the city but high enough that the noise etc. well away. As a bonus it’s under komtar’s glass floor so fun to spot if going up. The cooking facilities work well. Nice large fridge, hob plate really quick. Room service was good particularly at washing everything up for us! Loved the car park.

Cons:

Our room only had a bench built into the wall of the common room. No sofa for comfy sitting despite there being plenty of space. The tvs are only in the bedrooms so had to all sit on bed to watch stuff. Room needed a bit of decoration or repair, marks on paper chipped paint. The cars parking at night can be quite loud. Scared our daughter, had to explain what the noise was. Aircon turned off when we took the room key out so room was often warm on coming back. Wait for the lift could be a while.

Good stay in a great location
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Granite. We felt pampered and it was an absolute oasis. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the gym had free weights and a few machines, not huge but definitely exceeded the quality of most hotel gyms. Location of the hotel put us within walking distance to most things, and the famous Gama market was footsteps away.
We were very well taken care of by Harun, on the 18th floor. He always made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent housekeeping during our stay. Also, Vegnesh, a security guard downstairs was very nice and pleasant person to speak with and greatly enjoyed our conversations and recommendations. Overall a great stay!

Cons:

The rooftop bar/lounge was closed for renovations. The morning prayer call started between 5:30-6:00AM each morning and while it’s not a hotel issue. The volume in our room, windows face the Mosque… you won’t need to set an alarm.

Centraal maar het woord luxury wat optimistisch gekozen

Centraal gelegen hotel op loopafstand naar o.a. Armenian Street en Chinatown.

Cons:

Kamer vertoonde slijtage: slot van de badkamerdeur was opgelapt, er lekte water uit het plafond in de badkamer (is meteen gerepareerd), vreemde constructie met pijpje in de badkamers waaruit water druppelde.Na reparatie van lekkage hadden we geen waterdruk meer, dat is na melding meteen opgelost.
