Relaxing and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Convenient location to explore the city and attractions. Strong stable WiFi. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Perhaps, the sound of occasional traffic and pickleball games played below the hotel till late.

Pros:

The location is excellent

Cons:

The pickleball courts located next to the hotel remained open past midnight. The noise by players can be quite loud and disturbing.

PARFAIT.
Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait.
Personel très sympathique.
Chambre ( studio plus que chambre ) bien entretenue, spacieuse et confortable.
J'insiste sur le vrai lit bébé de qualité ( lit en bois à barreaux ) qu'il nous à été fourni gratuitement sur demande.
La fontaine d'eau potable à chaque étage est agréable.
Prayer room à l'étage de la piscine et de la salle de sport, c'est parfait.
Bon emplacement à proximité de plusieurs mall et autres.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est l'absence de petit déjeuner.
Cette prestation n'est pas du tout proposé.
L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'infrastructures pour le petit déjeuner pour le moment.
Néanmoins L'hôtel met a disposition gratuitement une navette qui peut vous déposer à différents endroits de la ville pour déjeuner le matin.

Fake luxury - sad to say this is a budget family apartment hotel with no real luxury characteristics
Pros:

The bedding was quite comfortable.
The reception staff were responsive and moved us to another room as our original room had a fault. Sadly, the replacement room had a similar issue but at least we were moved to a higher floor with a better view.

Cons:

2 star property not anything like a luxury hotel.
It's just a big tower of cheaply constructed poorly cleaned and maintained apartments.
Exhaust fan that doesn't work in a tired bathroom with dirty old shower screen, and dirty door seals etc.
Really uncomfortable sofas and chairs.
Loud location and poorly insulated windows.
No USB ports or spare power points by the bed.
Broken light switches.
It's only attractive in photos, not to stay in.

Pros:

The convenience of walking to town area for hawker food.
You can request for different type of pillow and a super big bolster free of charge.

Cons:

Note that there is a pickle ball court just right beside. The good news is we can barely hear the pickleball sound and we stayed on the 6 floor Razzle suite.
The parking is vertical, the downside is you have to wait in queue to retrieve your car if you hit 6pm cos that is the peak hour where their staff working there is all waiting to collect their car to go home.

Belle camere e piscina ma vanno migliorati i servivi

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la grandezza della camera (avevamo una suite). Avevo prenotato una suite per festeggiare con mio marito il nostro secondo tentativo di luna di miele e pertanto avevo pagato un supplemento per decorazione camera. A tal proposito dato ci tenevo particolarmente avevo preso una suite per fare un regalo a mio marito. La camera è stata molto spaziosa e la decorazione Honey Moon molto carina, abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il bigliettino dell'hotel con gli auguri di tutto lo staff...
La piscina a sfioro con vista è molto bella

arrivati ci hanno chiesto un deposito e il personale della reception ci aveva detto che ci sarebbe stato restituito entro 1 settimana dal check out (cosa menzionata esattamente così anche su booking) ...dopo qualche giorno abbiamo scritto all'hotel per le tempistiche restituzione e ci è stato risposto invece che la restituzione avviene tra 14 e 30 giorni (questa cosa non la trovo coerente con ciò che è scritto su booking).
Le camere per quanto belle non sono insonorizzate, si sente tutto il rumore della strada e delle camere vicine (se ci sono ospiti che fanno casino).
Su booking non viene menzionato nulla riguardo orari pulizie camere, alla reception non ci avevano indicato gli orari...abbiamo scoperto da noi che le pulizie in camera avevano un lasso di tempo che andava dalle ore 7 alle ore 19.00 (eccessivo direi soprattutto se si sceglie proprio la tipologia suite per essere più comodi)

Great location. Lovely staff. Will return!
Pros:

Nice hotel. Our Baroque Suite was HUGE and very well priced. Great location. The best hawker centre style breakfasts just across the road. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Nothing really. Perhaps more storage would be nice, as we like to fully unpack our suitcases and there was not enough storage space for our clothes etc.
