De liften, is altijd een probleem in hoge gebouwen. Alleen waren hier de liften zeer warm.

Pros:

The room is very spacious, all the staff provide friendly, kind and fast service. The kids especially like the swimming pool, and my husband and I can spend time at the SkyBar on the roof.

Cons:

There was no restaurant so we had to go out to find breakfast.

Pros:

Location was excellent for shopping.
The staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
The beds and pillows were very good.
The pool was outstanding with magnificent views.
The shuttle bus was very efficient.

Cons:

The noice from the adjoining car park was awful. The car lift seemed to operate all night and sounded like a plane landing next door.
We had the two bedroom Razzle apartment. The space was very good however there was no cutlery or plates if you wanted to eat
Disappointed that there was no restaurant or cafe on site to eat.
