地點離巴士站很近，交通方便。離Gama Supermarket步行約5分鐘採買方便。離汕頭街夜市也很近。服務人員友善，房間很寬敞，還有小客廳與餐桌可休息，床偏軟但可接受，整體來說十分滿意這次的住宿體驗。
小缺點是外面是大馬路，即使住8樓還是聽得到車流聲，但晚上11點過後就會安靜些。以及沒有附早餐所以要自己處理，但對於檳城這個美食之都是沒有問題的。
Leuk hotel vrij centraal in Georgetown. Ligt een beetje vreemd, maar wel goed bereikbaar. Hotel heeft zwembad enn rooftopbar, maar geen ontbijt. Dat is in Georgetown niet zo'n groot probleem.
Kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Goede douche en bedden. Wij hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers, handig als je met pubers op reis bent. Ook twee badkamers, wat het nog fijner maakt.
Beetje vreemde opzet van het hotel, twee torens, parkeergarage en restaurant, het is allemaal wat vreemd opgezet. Op zich geen probleem.
The housekeeping was excellent his name was Satar. He did a great job every day. Very central to Georgetown.
A bit noisy at times, from other guests. But all in all not too bad. Shame no food available on site.
Good location.
The drop-off point for the Grab vehicle is not conducive at all. I reckon you can reconfigure the design and make improvement. The lift lobby area should be air-conditioned as the humidity in Penang is killing visitors.

The drop off area
Location was great, we were in walking distance to almost everywhere. The hotel didn't provide breakfast, so it was also great that they provided shuttle bus service to bring us to local food places for breakfast where we could continue exploring after.
The room we booked was also good that there's a separate living/dining area as we could put our baby to sleep at night and continue with our activities (lounging, dinner, etc.) after.
We used the swimming pool once in the afternoon and it was good that it wasn't crowded and we could have some fun with our baby.
The unit we were given was right in front of the lift and facing the main road. This was not conducive when travelling with a baby, even though we did put in the remarks. We were on the fifth floor and could hear traffic and there were emergency vehicles (e.g. ambulance) going past almost every night.
We could also hear the prayer call every morning at 5am and 6am which sometimes woke our baby up.
Room was a bit tight to fit the cot in but we could make do with it.
Fijne ruime kamer met lekkere bedden. Goede housekeeping en vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad prima en fijn dat je drinkwater kunt tappen en er bv koffie en shampoo beschikbaar is. Leuke buurt met veel eetopties.
Heel erg gehorig. Zowel van andere gasten, als van de straat als van de automatische parkeergarage die je hoort.
La atención del personal de recepción. Nos recomendaron muy bien para cenar un par de días.

Nice pool, but the hotel building has a major structure issue as the car park set up, is very slim and got same levels to the rooms and means all rooms on same side “enjoys” the noise from the car lifts from early morning 6:30 am till mid night. The rooms are in good size but all Air-conditioning smells, may need to clean the filters. Front desk staffs at nice but one of the luggage movers are rude, won’t gives to customers even to kids, almost hitting the kid and won’t give way while we getting off the lift, he still blocks the door of the narrow lift.

The Granite Luxury Hotel was a perfect place for our adventure in Georgetown. The Suite was very large with a living room and kitchen. The pool was fantastic, we enjoyed it everyday of our stay. Although we didn't have to interact with the front desk often, they were helpful with our requests. The staff members we met in the hotel were always friendly

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Hotel staff are very attentive to detail and their service is impeccable from the moment you step for check in. Room was very spacious, great lightning and views with floor to ceiling windows and well air conditioned throughout.
Rooftop pool had good views of George Town and right infront The Top building. Hotel common areas including pool area were always clean and well mantained. They also have a self laundry service which is very well priced.
Hotel is located just a few minutes away from all attractions, main streets in George town while still being in a quiet area.

Size of the room - had loads of space, big bathroom, bedroom, living area and kitchen. The rooftop pool is cool and worth a visit.
Room was cleaned as requested.

Location wasn't as close as I realised - around 10-15 mins walk to the centre. There is a good mall very close and easy to get a Grab to anywhere you need, very cheap in Penang.
Left my stuff in the hotel and staff assist in finding and returning it.
