Room was spacious. Shuttle service was helpful. Staff were attentive.
Single beds were too small. At least a super single bed would have been good!

Excellent hotel with an amazing staff team. Special mention must be made to 3 staff in particular. Joshua from the front office. Passionate and committed to provide the best service. Had a minor issue with our Aircon and he immediately settled it , though I mentioned that it can be done later . Security staff Viknesh . Always willing to go the extra mile to share about places of interest and popular eateries with the locals . A very informative gentleman. Housekeeping staff Saddham. He was just amazingly passionate about his job. He went out of his way to always check with us , if there was anything else that he could do to ensure the room was comfortable for us. These three gentlemen and in fact the entire team at The Granite Luxury hotel are ambassadors . Congratulations.

Location was fantastic, pool was fantastic, the room was fantastic overall.
We had some issues with the bathroom tap and we called the concierge. They said they would send someone up but nobody came after 15mins. In the end, we had to resolve it ourselves.
La habitación era muy espaciosa y bien equipada. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy nuevo. También la zona de la piscina estaba muy bien.
La ubicación genial, cerca de todo.
Quizá el aire acondicionado hacía un poco de ruido. Que no ofrecieran desayunos.

Stayed in room 1303 (on 28-30/9)
1) Bedroom aircond was not cold only blowing moderate air out. After made complaint to receptionist, no improvement.
2) Acoustic and noise (ie toilet, kitchen flushing from above room can be heard clearly)..guess was due to no ceiling.
