Der problemlose Check in, die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, auch das Abendbuffet war reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es wurde sofort wieder aufgefüllt, wenn ein Gericht zu Ende ging, dasselbe beim Frühstück. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam, Getränkebestellung sofort entgegen genommen, leere Teller sofort abgeräumt. Alles sehr sauber, auch im spa Bereich. Die Pools angenehm warm. Für mich ideal, da ich kaltes Wasser nicht vertrage. Einziges Manko, die Liegen sind sehr niedrig und mit Knie Probleme kaum zu nützen. Einige höhere Liegen wären sinnvoll, gerade für die ältere Generation bzw. für Leute mit Gelenks Probleme. Leider konnte ich nicht alles nützen aus gesundheitlichen Gründen. Aber alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden und werde wieder kommen, da meine Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse erfüllt wurden.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer ist schon sehr abgewohnt und nicht mehr ansehnlich. Sonst kann ich nichts bemängeln.

Der Aufenthalt war im ganzen ok. Frühstück eine Enttäuschung.
Pros:

Der Spa Bereich sehr gut. Freundliches und hilfbereites Personal.

Cons:

Rührei viel zu hart.gekochte Eier nicht abgeschreckt kaum zu schälen. Schnittkäse klebte ineinander nicht einzeln entnehmbar. An einem Tag morgens um 8uhr kein geschnittenes Obst da trotz Nachfrage
Pikanter quark fehlte auch mehrmals.
