Just exquisite little find with a pool that’s rare in the town. Would totally recommend.
Pros:

Excellent location and staff. Brilliant breakfast. Wonderful setting.

Cons:

Very little to dislike. Could ve had some cold drinks or snacks available to purchase. There are fridges in rooms and a shop very close by.

Perfect cave hotel in great location!
Pros:

So unique and nicely decorated. Great staff and breakfast. Perfect location close to Main Street with restaurants and shops and viewing terrace to watch the balloons pass and sunsets.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay even though we were not well enough to go on the balloons.

However on the last morning we got to with this one of the most magical things we have ever seen. The staff are fantastic and the location is very very good.

Beautifully maintained and lots of space to chillout.and lounge either on the lovely terraces or by the pool. Breakfast was stellar! We had the suite and family room and they were fantastic!

Cons:

Beds were noisy and some uncomfortable. Only one aircon which is too small for a two bedroom family suite.

Highly recommend
Pros:

We stayed in 3 different cave hotels in Cappadocia and this was probably our favourite. The staff were lovely and helped us sort a balloon ride after a tour agency let us down. The pool was a real treat after hiking in the heat. The breakfast was amazing and they'll even do it on a floating heart tray in the pool if you wish. The location is very central and we could park outside. We watched the sunset from the roof.

Perfektes Hotel und tolles Personal
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Lage Top und doch nicht direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Frühstück wird serviert und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Wonderful bucket list stay at an exceptional hotel
Pros:

The pool area was fabulous, staff were helpful and on hand whenever you needed anything at all. The room was spacious and clean.

Highly recommended! Fantastic location, amazing room, and sunset view!
Pros:

Amazing location, the room inside the cave was very nice and well-kept. The team was available for any questions and to organise our activities there. There is also a terrace for a view on the sunset.

Pros:

Super hyggeligt hotel med lækker indretning. Perfekt udsigt til balloner, få min gang til centrum dog helt tilbage trukket og stille så ingen larm fra byen. Sindsyg lækker morgenmad.

Exceptional staff, an unforgettable experience
Pros:

The staff, especially Suat and Ruslan, were exceptional throughout our stay. Always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The cave pool is amazing, and the activities organized directly by the hotel (balloon ride, jeep safari, green tour) made everything so much easier, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme.

Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.
