Hotel pequeño , poco ajetreo de gente
El jefe de animación y que había mucha gente fumando porros a todas horas , no me parece para ir con mis hijas a unas vacaciones familiares
Just come back for a weeks holiday with my family we absolutely loved are time here desk staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen and restaurant staff was great food was lovely always something to eat which isn’t always the case on an all inclusive. Entertainment staff was amazing very friendly love to get you involved but if it your not up for getting involved in the games they don’t pressure you happy boy was brilliant for day entertainment and the night entertainment he could have a laugh and joke with everyone great guy and was brilliant with all the kids would definitely go back to this hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach where they have a night market and few restaurants and bars. We ranted some bikes out from the hotel and had a ride round the town found a few parks that’s would be about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Was a nice quiet town with lovely people real enjoyed our time there
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday we had two good weeks in the sun,Just a few things to mention which will help make your mind up if it’s your type of holiday. You have got a good selection of branded drinks big bonus, good selection of free ice lollies, cornettos, chocolate ices on stick, crisps, nuts, water on tap to fill your bottle up. You can also get a small bottle water after 10 pm.You can hire pool towels at 10 euros which you must pay cash and get your money back when returned, one euro to change towels, you also get shampoo shower gel. All these things I was trying to find out before I went and couldn’t find anything on Tripadvisor so it’s on now lol 😂 Right now get on our holiday the hotel is very Spanish entertainment was in Spanish, Didn’t bother me We found a lot of Spanish guests spoke some English and we did mix with them.
The food was ok but we don’t live in a perfect world so you won’t please everyone, all the staff were amazing we had some good banter with the bar staff which was good.Jossete,Robert,Yerai, Pluben, I think I spelled there names right if not I apologise, The entertainment staff were really good got you up doing all sorts of activity. On arrival booking in we was met by Marat he was also fabulous spoke good English, he managed to get me a walk in shower which was great because of my knee cap had gone 5⭐️

Atención del personal excelente, habitación muy amplia, cómoda, buffet excelente, comida variada y de calidad, de 10. Aparcamiento en la puerta y de fácil acceso. La animación del hotel es buena.

Lo que más nos gusto fue el personal, el cual todo el se preocupaba para que tuvieras una estancia acogedora. El bufet era amplio, de calidad y muy variado. La piscina no era excesivamente grande pero no era necesario más. Todas las noches habia actuaciones diferentes y el personal de animación muy agradable
Quizá lo que nos llamó la atención es que el hotel precisa una reforma importante, es un hotel que se ve que pasa mucha gente por él y precisaria un "lavado de cara"

Everyone at the hotel has been amazing and have all been so kind to our little boy on his first holiday! I have to say when you got to the restaurants sit near the waitress Mariben she’s amazing she gave him baby food and was always checking he had everything she was fantastic
We went for 10 days to rest up after an operation on my lung. The hotel is very nice the rooms are huge and very well equipped. If I were hyper critical I would say that the decoration was looking 'a little tired' but as I said that is hyper critical it is certainly worth the money.
As I said the rooms are more than adequate the staff are all amazing and very friendly. The other guests are mostly Spanish (which suited me), but the greater majority were very friendly (just learn a little Spanish before you go).
The food was amazing they do cater for Spanish tastes but there was plenty to choose from for the more fussy eaters.
The area is very quiet which suited me, as I was there for rest and recuperation. and there are not many choices within walking distance if you wish to eat out every night.
if going choose the all inclusive. we went half board.
big shout out to all the reception staff all the catering staff the cooks the people clearing the tables and the entertainments team lead by 'Happy Boy' were very entertaining. I promised I would mention him and so that he knows who I am I will Include my name I am 'Número Uno, Primera'
