Very memorable, exciting and fun. I look forward to another time
Pros:

Location was good. The staff was excellent, always responsive. Charlotte and Joan were of good assistance. The time at the swimming pool was fun.

Cons:

Guest should be given at least two options for breakfast. Room intercom should be fixed. The TV channels were not up. The timing of the cleaning of rooms should be improved.

Pros:

Hele goede service en erg vriendelijk personeel! De kamer was heerlijk en ontbijt werd naar je toe gebracht.

Best hotel in Weija
Pros:

This is my 2nd time staying here and I’m glad I went back. The staff are friendly, welcoming and always ready with a smile. The food in the evening is 10/10 and reasonably priced. My original room was quite noisy so I requested to be moved and they accommodated me straight away. Charlotte looked after me very well throughout my stay and is a huge asset to the company!

Cons:

I wasn’t particularly keen on being woken up daily at 7am for breakfast, although it’s a generous offer - I’d prefer to request it when I was ready. Many times the fried egg was lightly cooked and cold.
I also had a portable charger go missing from my room which was never found.

Charlotte and Elizabeth were on it (even working local uber transports for me)
Pros:

Charlotte and Elizabeth (front desk) definitely need a pay raise. They were guardian angels) do extra ( and getting results) on everything that I mentioned, even located ice for me when other staff said there was no more…
I stayed 2x during my visit and the 2nd rm (executive suite) was even better/ better than 1st…
