Title: An Excellent Hotel, Made Truly Special by Its Outstanding Staff
As someone who stays in hotels quite frequently, I have learned that the newest or most luxurious properties do not necessarily provide the best hospitality. Very often, the real difference comes down to the people, and at this hotel, the staff are undoubtedly its greatest asset.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and several places within walking distance. We found it to be an excellent base for exploring the area, making it easy and comfortable to get around.
Service: This is where the hotel truly shines. From the moment we were picked up at the train station by an exceptionally polite and courteous staff member, we felt genuinely welcome. The front desk team was consistently friendly, attentive, patient, and eager to help. What impressed us most was their sincere effort to make every guest’s experience as pleasant as possible.
I would especially like to recognize Diana from the breakfast restaurant. She was absolutely wonderful: kind, caring, patient, and always happy to explain things and make sure we had everything we needed. Her personal attention and genuine hospitality made a real difference to our stay.
Breakfast: Another major highlight. The selection is exceptionally generous and varied, with something for almost every taste. Calling it breakfast hardly does it justice. It feels much more like a full, indulgent brunch. Definitely one of the hotel’s strongest features.
Rooms: The rooms are not the newest or most contemporary we have experienced, and the design is somewhat dated. However, they are spacious, comfortable, practical, and perfectly pleasant to stay in. They certainly met our needs.
A thoughtful extra: We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the minibar was completely complimentary and replenished every day.
