Never staying here again.

Cons:

Train was right below room. Noisy and unable to sleep. No darkening curtains in room. Breakfast was terrible. $55 to park over night.

Wonderful stay!

Pros:

initially the property was nice … but they had to move us to an unacceptable room before we left

Cons:

I had ordered a handicap accessible room specifically bc I had back surgery on 8/3/26 …. on Thursday they had to move us to a non accessible room bc of water damage from above

Good stay.
Pros:

Location. Right in the heart of Charlotte. Many restaurants nearby. Room size is fine.

Cons:

Valet parking process through phone text message was a little too complicated. $45/night. Asking tips every time requesting getting our car through the link from text message. It was longer than expected to get our car.

Can’t beat the location
Pros:

Overall it was a nice stay. We wanted to be close to Spectrum Center as we were attending a concert and the location cannot be beat. The rooms were clean, but considering how expensive this stay was, there are some needed upgrades. The soap holder on the wall in the shower fell in the middle of the night and scared us awake. That was not super pleasant. The valet was great. Shoutout to Chase for being welcoming and professional.

Not sure if it will be a repeat visit.
Pros:

The location to our event was in walking distance.

Cons:

It was very unclear about the valet parking, and it was a bit rushed after a long drive there. It was pretty dirty. Room had hair and on the floors and looked like stains on the ceiling.

Our district rented 4 suites. Everything was great.
Pros:

breakfast was good

Cons:

The only thing I would say I didn't care for is that I thought with the suite, the beds would be in separate rooms. The suite only added a couch.

Valet is the way to go
Pros:

Even on an extra busy evening due to a concert at the Spectrum Center, Chase was at my car immediately after arrival. He gathered the required information to get me registered and we were in the lobby within minutes. Thank you Chase for making a great first impression.
