Amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone
Pros:

This was our second time staying with this chain of hotel (different cities) and it did not disappoint. As soon as we walked in the front door we were reminded why we chose to stay here. The staff=amazing and welcoming, the breakfast =very good, a variety to chose from, the cleanliness =A+ all around! The location=good and convenient. We would recommend staying here to anyone

Pros:

Me and husband really like this hotel. This was our second stay. Ms. Rene was a person I wanted to recognize the most as she made sure I was able to eat something for breakfast each morning, being that I'm vegan.

Amazing location, ridiculous (hopefully a one-off?) check in process.
Pros:

The hotel is nice and an amazing location for our occasion (a concert literally across the street).

Cons:

We arrived at check-in time, and there was a very long line of people. We did not end up getting checked into our room until three hours after check-in, and the staff did not communicate with the very long line of people what was going on/why there was such a delay (reportedly rooms were not cleaned on time, and the hotel was overbooked). Once we got checked in and into our room, it was great. But waiting three hours in the lobby with no idea if the hotel I'd booked far in advance was going to have a room for us...that was a nail biter.

Train was right below room. Noisy and unable to sleep. No darkening curtains in room. Breakfast was terrible. $55 to park over night.
