We went to the Alex Warren concert, and the venue is truly just right outside our window! The location was perfect, and the room itself is incredible! Boujee in a good way vibes, the bathroom was to die for. We loved the lighting from the mirror, this made our get ready times quick and easy before the concert. The shower was chef’s kiss, and the bed was like sinking in a cloud! Honestly more like a spa than a one stop hotel suite. Truly incredible. We also loved the view of looking out at the venue; personal favorite was clocking in on those lines while we were getting ready. Didn’t realize how helpful that would be, but it truly helped us to know when to go downstairs and wait in line. Side note, the breakfast was fire. Truly, coffee helped fuel this tired girls brain. Hotel breakfasts, overall, are usually questionable, but hey food is food. This incredible place had me almost weeping with joy with their spread and selection of items. Ya’ll had eggs, bagels, baby waffles, etc. Basically heaven in my stomach…did I mention coffee?! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and calling our car back to the entrance by just clicking a button on our phones is 5 stars! A luxury I didn’t realize even I needed, no joke! Call me dramatic, but I wish I could move in! Like come on, food, bed, view, and the bathroom is 10/10!! Next time, this girly is checking out the bar. Honestly, best place we’ve ever stayed, truly ever❤️ If Charlotte ever calls for me again, I’m stay at this place always!!

Pros:

Rooms were great. Clean and spacious. Location was perfect as we were in town for a concert and the hotel was a block from the venue. Lots of great restaurants options within walking distance from the hotel.

Nice downtown service and location
Pros:

Shawn parked my car as part of valet service, and he was excellent. Prompt, courteous, and helpful, he brought me a luggage cart and handled everything perfectly. The staff person at check-in was also friendly and welcoming. Nice place to stay downtown—I’d come back.

You had to pay for parking it cost me $50 to pay one night. I had asked the person at the desk. Was it OK for me to park there? They said yes Lil did. I know that I had to pay 60 bucks when I went out of the parking deck.
