Definitely would stay again
Pros:

Room very comfortable for 2 .Air-conditioning was awesome. Breakfast very tasty and high quality. Staff was very friendly. Super convenient to train station and an easy 15 minute walk. Numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance

Cons:

The floor lamp wasn't working but we managed.

We were looking for a relaxing stay on our way home after 3 weeks in Europe. The hotel was perfect.

clean, quiet, and well-situated. I would stay again
Cons:

This was my fault, I didn't inquire about the times breakfast would be served. I had to leave at 6:30am to catch a flight. So, although I paid extra for breakfast, I was not able to have one, nor could they prepare a take-away breakfast for me. That was disappointing because I wasted my own money.

Steak House with bedrooms
Pros:

(1) Modern, clean, simple bedroom - everything worked & good shower; (2) TV with international channels

Cons:

(1) Reception upon arrival (inside restaurant) was not welcoming. Flight had been delayed so was later than indicated but not excessively; (2) Access to the hotel part of the building is awkward with opening availability of side door uncertain, hence access best managed through restaurant; (3) Commercial focus of the enterprise appeared to be on restaurant vs. hotel; (4) Overall experience did not represent value for price paid

I’d stay there again if passing thru as there were tons of restaurants in the area and an easy walk.
Pros:

Great location in Old Town, great for a 1-2 night stay. Bathroom was very small, shower small but that’s to be expected in old buildings. Bonus was the air conditioning. It was hot in Zurich so it was nice to have a cool room.

Shower really small with low ceiling and didn’t drain well
