Hervorragende Betten und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Die Lage ist für einen Stadtbesuch unschlagbar.
Kaffeemaschine nur in der Lobby. Frühstück mit Vorbestellung nur im Zimmer, aber ohne passenden Tisch und Stühle. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers war früher schon einmal besser.

Any positives this property may have become irrelevant when there is such complete disregard for guests’ safety and wellbeing.
The reception/owner/manager become completely unreachable after 8.00pm, regardless of any emergency you may encounter, including access to the building. We were locked out of the building (without access to our belongings and medication), and since it was already after 8.00pm, the property refused to answer our messages or take our calls.
I understand that smaller properties may not operate a 24-hour reception. What I do not understand is refusing to answer calls or messages from paying guests facing an emergency. In all my travels, this is the first time I have experienced such a complete disregard and lack of support.
As a result, we were forced to arrange alternative accommodation for the night at additional and entirely avoidable expense.
What made the situation even worse was the response the following morning. Rather than apologising or attempting to remedy the issue, we were simply told: “You knew already we are not reachable after 8:00pm”.
Seeing now from the reviews that this also happened before, my advice to you is to put your money elsewhere.

Pokój bardzo ciemny, programy telewizyjne byly niedostępne, śniadanie to niestety tragedia, bo to przynoszene rano w pudełku wybrane z listy z pośród czterech dostępnych pozycji.

Hezké ubytování v centru, tiché, bez hlučných sousedů nebo hlučný ulice, na dosah všemu, co Budapešť nabízí.

No tiene sala de desayuno. Tienes que pedir el dia de antes el desayuno para que te lo traigan desde otro lugar. Te lo traen en bolsas a la habitación en la que solo tienes una silla( somos 2) y es muy incómodo.
No te limpian la habitación diariamente como en los hoteles, salvo que dejes en la puerta el cartelito y si lo haces lo único que cambian son las papeleras y ya está. No me hicieron la cama ni limpiaron el baño.

paid extra for the breakfast, however what they should disclose before paying, is that its a limited menu, you have to order in advance, and there is nowhere to eat it. I was expecting a hotel breakfast in a dining area, but they had food delivered from somewhere else at a specific time, and you had to eat in your room somewhere. I would not have paid for it if I had known that, as it was the same cost as breakfast buffet at other hotels.
