Friendly and helpful staff from the reception to the housekeeping. Clean, newly decorated rooms.
Pros:

The rooms are newly decorated and offer a very comfortable environment. Location is really convenient, easy access to public transport, pedestrian area and all the major shops, food outlets and cafes. Public parking within the same building, accessible through lift from the hotel. Housekeeping is done very well and staff forthcoming and friendly. Nice to see this. Reception staff helpful and very accommodating when asking for anything.

Cons:

There was nothing more that we could ask or wish for during our stay. A very enjoyable stay and will visit again when in Lörrach next time.

Een aanrader een goed hotel met appartementen.
Pros:

Goede ligging en hele ruime kamer, schoon en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

We hadden met balkon geboekt en die was weer vergeven. Ze hebben ter compensatie ons een gratis ontbijt aangeboden. Netjes.

Pros:

Central location right in the middle of the town center, short walk from train station, 20 min walk south to Swiss border crossing.

Cons:

The WiFi needed a different network and different password than the sign in the room said. But you only hear this when going back to the reception desk, instead of saying upon check in 'oh by the way...'
