Tutto perfetto da ritornarci.
Pros:

Colazione al top, parcheggio privato comodo al centro e alla spiaggia di Marina.

Cons:

Poca pressione acqua fredda in bagno, la calda fin troppo calda.

Consiglierò questo hotel e probabilmente ci tornerò
Pros:

Posizione eccellente a due passi dal mare, da ristoranti di qualità e dal centro.
Colazione super con tutte le proposte possibili per ogni tipo di alimentazione.
Pranzo (a richiesta) con ottimi piatti freddi nella frescura del giardino, un vero ristoro dopo la spiaggia.
Da sottolineare infine che Marina di Campo è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente tutti gli altri luoghi di interesse dell'isola

Un po' piccolo il bagno, in particolare la doccia, ma perfettamente funzionante

Sehr sympathischer und angenehmer Erstaufenthalt auf der wunderschönen Insel Elba - Danke!

Die zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite Art und Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie die Willkommensatmosphäre, welche im familiengeführten Hotel herrscht haben uns sehr wohl fühlen lassen. Haben es auch sehr geschätzt, dass unsere Fellnasen-Familienmitglied dabei sein durfte und akzeptiert war. Parkmöglichkeit war natürlich auch ein Riesenvorteil.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war absolut der Hammer. Sehr abwechslungsreich, grosszügig und phänomenal lecker. Liess wirklich keine Wünsche mehr offen. Herzlichen Dank!

A 100 metri dalla spiaggia. Family friendly
Pros:

L’hotel è a un tiro di scoppio dalla spiaggia, che è sia libera che attrezzata. A due passi si raggiunge il bellissimo centro pieno di negozi e ristoranti molto buoni, e la posizione è ottima per spostarsi anche in altre spiagge vicine. Siamo stati una settimana e siamo stati benissimo. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare anche un piccolo pensierino per il bimbo. Molto family friendly, in veranda c’è anche una piccola casetta con dei giochi per i bambini dove possono giocare mentre fai colazione o ti godi lo spazio esterno. Colazione ottima, con varia scelta e tutto fatto in casa. Il personale è gentilissimo. Ambienti puliti. Ho apprezzato molto l’attenzione per l’ambiente (differenziata presente in ogni piano dell’hotel, e cambio biancheria solo su richiesta se necessario). La struttura offre anche un servizio di beach bag: al costo di 8/10€ ti preparano una borsa pranzo da portare in spiaggia con piatti freddi e acqua compreso di borsa frigo e ghiacciolini. Non ha il ristorante ma ha una convenzione con un ristorante vicino che offre uno sconto ai clienti, molto buono, fanno anche le pizze.
Vicino c’è anche un Conad molto fornito.
La struttura dispone di un parcheggio interno e un altro vicino in condivisione con altri hotel chiuso con cancello elettrico.
Il soggiorno è stato positivo, torneremo sicuramente

Non è presente un ascensore, ma ci sono camere al pian terreno per chi ha necessità.

Excellent family operated hotel with a casual atmosphere but with fresh and clean facilities.
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Owners are the best! Breakfast was the best on our 2 week trip - lots of variety, fresh food and great coffee.
Clean hotel. Close to the beach. Close to shopping.
Had a tea/water station on each floor that was much appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing could be better. Everything was great.

Ritornerei sicuramente
Pros:

Ottima la colazione con molti prodotti fatti in casa come pani particolari e i dolci. Vasta scelta tra salato e dolce. Tutto preparato continuamente. La posizione consente di raggiungere in poco più di 10 minuti sia il centro di Marina di Campo che le spiagge. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Frigorifero e cassaforte in stanza.

Cons:

Mancanza di ascensore anche se il personale è disponibile ad aiutare con i bagagli. Le stanze e i bagni sono curati nei particolari ma con il tempo potrebbe essere necessaria una manutenzione soprattutto dei bagni.

Wir erhielten ein upgrade auf ein grösseres Zimmer, weil eines frei war - herzlichen Dank. Die Gastgeber und das Personal war stets freundlich und man fühlte sich sogleich willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll, zu Fuss vielleicht knapp 5 Minuten zum Strand und ca. 10 Minuten ins Dorf. Trotz Strandnähe und nebenan einem Spielplatz für Kinder war es sehr ruhig. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen in dieser Woche und ich wär doch glatt gerne noch länger geblieben.

Super Hotel für eine Woche.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Hervorragenderes Frühstück mit vielen gesunden Optionen, aber auch leckeren Kuchen. Von Chiasamen bis Ingwerwasser war alles dabei. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus oder ggü. in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich. E-Bikes konnten in einem abgesperrten Schuppen untergebracht werden.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren für uns zu weich/durchgelegen (Fenster nicht schalldicht, man hört alles von der Straße.) Beim Frühstück fragte nur eine der langjährigen Mitarbeiterinnen, ob man Kaffee etc. möchte . Die jüngeren Damen kümmerten sich nicht, sondern man musste proaktiv danach fragen. Nicht schlimm, aber für Urlauber, die noch nie da waren, vielleicht etwas unaufmerksam.

Ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Punto Verde
Pros:

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Punto Verde e mi sono trovato molto bene. L'accoglienza è stata eccellente e il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e attento a ogni richiesta.
Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari; ho trovato i letti particolarmente comodi. Un plauso particolare merita la colazione: una proposta di altissima qualità, che si distingue per la cura nella selezione dei prodotti e per un'offerta varia e ricercata.
Nel complesso, un'esperienza molto positiva che consiglio vivamente.
