Reception they knew we'll arrive however they just started to clean our place once we arrived. So we waited 1 hour at least at reception. Kitchen wasn't equipped enough, no microwave to heat any food or milk and the pots were only big ones so we had to use the kettle to heat milk and drink a coffee wich was hard to clean it after. No washing machine only a plastic plate to wash the clothes.....The beach sites nice but the clean water source is not enough to clean yourself properly after the sea because you had to step back to sand again. There was neither water source under the buildings to clean our foot from sand, so the house had to be cleaned by us in the daily basis from the sand which was annoying.

The staff and service are quite poor.
You waste a lot of time in checking in an out from the premises with non sense processing
They don't provide basic tools like towels, tissues and soap.
The water cuts down occasionally and if it's there, it's very weak
No elevator in the building, which has 5 floors!
They charged me a fine for a missing small plastic spoon!

No elevator... Just climbing the stairs

La cuisine : carrelage manquant, vaisselle peu propre, éléments rouillés, négligence des détails comme partout en Égypte. Interrupteurs électriques pendants, ascenseur sale. Manque de restauration.

Furniture is very old and need renovation

U have to pay every time u go to the beach
No variety for the food if u want to buy
No cleaning on a daily basis available, u have to serve yourself
Very far from the city center if u want to buy something

Kitchen was unusable. Cutlery was rusty. We didnt feel that we can cook a meal in there. Kitchen door handle was broken so we just kept the kitchen door closed most of the time.

We stayed in apartment 9, on the 4th floor. Although the view was brilliant, it wasn’t an easy decision to go up or down the stairs with kids (or groceries).

Maintenance can only be done during working hours (9-5). If your air conditioner stops working at 8pm (ours did), they wont help you before the day after.

You get what you pay for.

The apartments available on booking are on level 5 - with no elevators. Not suitable for a wheelchair or people with disabilities or mobility issues.
The hostel is far away from the centre 30 minutes away by car.
No elevators and far away from the centre, we ended up staying in the hostel the whole period.
No washing machine was available.
There were a restaurant named Sultan Palace or Qasr Sultan he served me a spoiled fish which was a horrible experience, try to avoid this restaurant.

There are no services at all for the apartment, just a trash collector one time a day... No elevator, you have to carry all your bags upstairs 4 or 5 floors! not suitable for old visitors.. the furniture is so old and not clean as expected in the pictures,the kitchen tools are not clean, and some of them have corrosion signs on it. The bathroom plumbing is very poor and full of faults. Some of the windows produce a lot of noise because of broken/cracked glasses. This apartment is not suitable if you are looking for luxury and comfort.
