Una lastima, tiene potencial pero mal administrado y mantenido. Decepcionante
Pros:

El hotel tiene muchísimo potencial. Es un hotel grande e importante, con una muy buena piscina, un hall amplio y un restaurante agradable. Durante la cena, la camarera del restaurante fue muy amable y brindó una excelente atención, siendo prácticamente la única experiencia positiva en cuanto al trato del personal.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, sentimos que el hotel está muy mal mantenido y desaprovechado. Los espacios comunes no estaban refrigerados, algo muy incómodo considerando el clima. La atención en recepción fue muy desatenta y poco resolutiva, transmitiendo una sensación de desinterés total por el bienestar del huésped.
La habitación fue lo peor de toda la experiencia: tenía un olor a humedad extremadamente fuerte, literalmente insoportable, al punto de dificultar respirar normalmente. Tuvimos que comprar desodorantes de ambiente y deshumidificadores porque era imposible estar cómodos. Además, la TV era extremadamente pequeña, basicamente un monitor, y el wifi nunca funcionó durante toda la estadía.
Por otro lado, el personal de la barra de bebidas también tuvo una atención muy mala y un trato poco cordial. Salvo la camarera del restaurante, el resto del trato recibido fue realmente muy negativo.

Todo estaba antiguo, la calefacción no funcionaba, la TV, era antigua no tenía señal a internet, la calidad del internet es baja

De todas maneras la estadia estuvo excelente

Hace 3 años estuvimos en el Hotel y nos habian tocado habitaciones en PB que son mas lindas y modernas.
Eata vez nos toco 2do piso , el baño no me gusto mucho.

Un hotel maravilloso en Iguazu!!!!
Pros:

Todo excelente, muy buena atención las 24 hs, en todo momento el personal predispuesto ayudar y a que uno se sienta confortable en el lugar.
La limpieza impecable, como así también el servicio de la habitación, las camas son muy amplias y super comodas para descansar.
El sector del patio hermoso, con sillones y mesas para compartir un momento maravilloso 👏
El desayuno es variable para todos los gustos, y cuenta con alimentos para celíacos.
Muy recomendable para la familia con o sin niños!!!
