Pros:

We liked the location of the hotel in the city centre. The staff were all very helpful and polite

Cons:

The breakfast choices were limited. There's no onsen (forgot to check when I booked) and because we were there during Golden Week the prices were sky high. The carpets and walls were in need of a good clean

Super hôtel et super service. On peut laver son linge et l’excellent petit déjeuner est servi dans un restaurant adjacent.

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas des plus pratiques pour ouvrir des valises mais c’est souvent le cas au Japon.
