Gutes Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr angenehmer Farbkombination und schönen kleineren Zimmern.

Cons:

Um die Münzwaschmaschienen wurde sich am Nachmittag gestritten. Da wären vielleicht ein/zwei mehr statt den Getränkeautomaten ganz nett.

Good central location, room had plenty of facilities. Check in and out was very easy, and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent location and lovely staff, but very small rooms
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, making it a convenient base for exploring Kanazawa.

The staff were consistently friendly, polite and helpful, and we really appreciated their kindness throughout our stay.

Overall, the hotel was a good option for visiting the city, particularly because of its excellent location and welcoming staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, even by Japanese hotel standards. There was barely enough space to open our suitcases comfortably, which made organising our belongings quite difficult.

Another significant inconvenience was the laundry situation. The hotel only had two washing machines available for all its guests, which was clearly insufficient for a hotel of this size.

These two aspects could definitely be improved, as they affected the overall comfort of our stay.
