Pros:

La struttura dista 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e si trova praticamente accanto al castello di Kanazawa e in generale è in una buona posizione per raggiungere i siti da visitare. La camera era pulita e il personale molto gentile.

Great staff, great location and clean room but don’t expect anything like the name Sheraton suggests

Cons:

The rooms are very small and I looked at the photos in detail before reserving and still felt shocked. To fit the toilet bowl inside the too tiny bathroom they got a small size toilet bowl since a normal toilet bowl would not fit inside the allocated bathroom space. When you sit on the toilet seat you cant hold an ipad without opening the door since the door is in your nose(no exaggeration here)

La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

Tienen solamente dos lavadoras de ropa para TODOS los huespedes. Ademas la secadora necesita repetir el proceso muchas veces para que la ropa se seque. Es preferible ir a alguno de los lavaderos aunque no estan muy cerca.
Ya habia leido en otros comentarios previos al viaje quejas sobre los ascensores y no fue hasta que lo pasé , que lo entendi.
Los dos ascensores son EXTREMADAMENTE LENTOS.
Supuestamente hay cafe libre a disposición, pero llamativamente cuando entro un grupo grande de gente al hotel, "dejo de funcionar" casi al instante y demoraron dos días en repararla.Y no sucedió sólo una vez , sino mas.
En la ultima, mientras los empleados bebian cafe de la maquina parados al lado de la maquina , que tenia un cartel que decia que no funcionaba, decían que no funcionaba !!!
