Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews mention 'Muy limpio', '清潔感があった', 'todo aseado' and excellent breakfast service hygiene; a few isolated mentions of an unclean toilet seat and pee smell lower this slightly.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and attentive across languages; front desk praised for language skills and hospitality, with one note about amenity provisioning mistakes and noisy staff in corridors.
Location
8.3
Generally praised as convenient with nearby parking and good access to the city; several guests noted it is a little far from the metro/station for some.
Room Quality
7.7
Common complaints: rooms are small (some could not open luggage), lack of wardrobes/space, inconsistent temperature control and limited night views in some rooms.
Amenities
8.9
Breakfast and core facilities are frequently praised; some guests wished for extras (e.g., drinking water dispenser) and there is no private parking, though public parking is available nearby.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests call it good value and reasonably priced; one review felt it was a bit expensive without a discount, so overall solid value relative to offerings.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast repeatedly highlighted as varied, high quality and delicious (international options, kids liked ramen); described as a strong plus in many reviews.
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall positive stays with friendly service, excellent breakfast and cleanliness; however small rooms, occasional cleanliness lapses and minor location/amenity issues slightly reduce the overall experience for some guests.

Stylish good value hotel
Pros:

Stylish good value hotel in a quiet location. Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy walk to the castle and metro stations so a good base for trips around Osaka and to Kyoto, Nara.

Cons:

As per the norm for Japanese cities rooms are typically on the small size so check before you book. Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Amazing accomodation, personnel and food
Pros:

I even think that 10 is not enough. The stuff welcomed us with huge smiles. The room was very comfy and big enough for our 4 luggages. I strongly recommend the breakfast: it was tasty especially the fried noodles amd the soups.Everything was excellent. It was totally fine to leave luggages for free and pick them up later after check out.

Cons:

Maybe a suggestion for people who like sweet breakfast. It could be to add more pastry with chocolate

Bom pequeno almoço
Pros:

Pequeno almoço bom, staff simpatico e prestável

Cons:

Quartos muito pequenos, impossível acomodar 2 adultos e uma criança no mesmo quarto (conforme reserva). Tivemos que reservar um quarto extra. Um pouco longe da estação de metro.
