スタッフの方々が素敵
Pros:

朝ごはんが美味しく、スタッフの方がにこやかで気持ちが良かった。

Cons:

大人2人、子ども2人で予約したのですが、アメニティが全て2人分しか用意されていなかった。荷物を置くスペースがなく、少し不便だった。

立地もよく良い旅になりました。
Pros:

スタッフの方々が明るくホスピタリティがあり、アメニティ・設備に関しても旅に必要なものがしっかり揃っていました。
2日目の朝食が煮物、鶏のクリーム煮など、とても凝っていて美味しかったです。

Cons:

寝衣の生地がかなり厚く通気性が無いため、エアコンをガンガンに効かせてしまったのですが、体温調整が難しかったです。真夏猛暑日の宿泊で体調が優れず、午前中部屋で休んでいたのですが、廊下で作業している方々の大笑いがしきりに聞こえてきて休まらなかったです。楽しく作業していただくのは大切なことだと思いますが、声量を考えていただければ助かります。

Lovely staff but not the best hotel.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Felt welcome.

Cons:

The rooms are far too small. Booked the “superior twin room for two” and there was no place to put bags. Beds basically touch and bathroom was tiny. No way two people can share this space. The aircon is above the beds and leaked water onto the bed below. The sink was blocked when we arrived which staff did fix but their English isn’t great. The TV is old and you cannot cast. Location was a bit far from everything.

Close to Osaka Castle

Cons:

Not clean at all, despite high cleanliness score. Airco did not blow air, as filter was clogged by a layer of dust of at least a year no cleaning. Similar for separate dehumidifier, not cleaned for long time. Carpet does not look clean too. We had room with 3 beds, then no space to sit or put any luggage. Too expensive for these conditions.

Perfect, affordable stay in Osaka
Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs. Close to the train stations and other attractions (Osaka Castle). Also, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I will definietly reccomend this hotel to freinds and family.
