Would not recommend this hotel, or rebook in the future.

The reception / bar area was very nice

Cons:

The reception / bar area was understaffed.
The staff worked very hard to try to accommodate everyone but a small team of 3 managing Check-ins, bar and food order and servicing. As well as the snacks purchasing area was not sufficient. Meaning people constantly waiting for extended periods of time for service.
No fault of the staff but insufficient manning levels by the hotel operator.

The Room we had was very basic and did not have any amenities you would expect like a small fridge, or even a wardrobe, or any drawers. Perhaps an oversight when booking from myself. Assuming these would all be standard.

The Air Conditioning in the room was not sufficient for the summer temperatures outside. Only capable to cool the room to 26.7 degC. Which made the room uncomfortable and made sleep difficult.

The wet room was not designed properly. As the floor was not angled to run to the drain whilst showering. Meaning that the entire bathroom floor is flooded when showering and there are no squeegee devices provided to push the lying water into the drain. Meaning showers have to be stopped every few seconds to kick the water towards the drain whilst showering
