Hotel in Ordnung, liegt super für Erkundungen in Frankfurt, nur ein paar Minuten bis zur Bahnhaltest

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern da. Wir hatten drei Zimmer in der selben Etage. Sehr gut.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein, es gibt z. B. keine Schränke, aber alles sauber. Und ein riesiger Fernseher.
Die Betten haben mir sehr gut gefallen, tolle Matratze. Allerdings gab es nur eine große Zudecke für mich und meinen Mann. Aber ich denke, wenn wir gefragt hätten, hätten wir bestimmt auch eine andere bekommen.
Die Zimmer werden nur alle drei Tage gereinigt. Da wir drei Nächte da waren, kamen wir nicht in den Genuss. Selbst Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt, sodass ich jeden Morgen nach dem Frühstück nach einer Rolle fragen musste.
Ich finde, das sollte dringend geändert werden.
Personal war sehr jung, aber größtenteils freundlich.
Man kann Abends gut etwas trinken und Spiele spielen. Es gibt sogar Cocktails.
Unsere Söhne haben den kostenloses Kicker oft bespielt.

Cons:

Wir haben einen persönlichen Check-in gemacht. Der hat mind. eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Keine Ahnung, was die da die ganze Zeit geklickt haben...
Die Zimmer werden nur alle drei Tage gereinigt, das ist in Ordnung. Aber selbst Toilettenpapier wurde nicht gebracht, sodass ich jeden Morgen an der Rezeption danach fragen musste. Das sollte geändert werden.

Wir wollten erst ins Parkhaus fahren, aber die Schranke ging nicht auf. Trotz Hilfe vom Personal. Also haben wir erst mal draußen ausgeladen. Und da wir wussten, dass das Parken pro Tag 25,00 Euro kostet, haben wir geguckt wo wir das Fahrzeug anderweitig abstellen können. Das haben wir dann auch gemacht, und da wir 4 Tage da waren, ganze 100,00 Euro gespart.

Stylisches Hotel welches sehr gut gelegen ist. Mit der Straßenbahn direkt zur Stadtmitte.
Sauber und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesen. Man weiß, dass keiner vorhanden ist aber eine Überlegung das ggf zu ändern.
