Cons:

Beim Check-out hatte ich ausdrücklich um eine digitale Rechnung per E-Mail gebeten, da ich meine Buchhaltung komplett digital mache und Papierbelege auf Reisen schnell zerknittern oder verloren gehen. Leider wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass die Rechnung bereits ausgedruckt worden sei. Ich bat dennoch darum, sie mir zusätzlich per E-Mail zuzusenden, und habe die gedruckte Rechnung deshalb nicht mitgenommen. Leider ist die E-Mail bis heute nicht angekommen.

Der Kontakt mit dem Support war zwar freundlich, allerdings muss ich nun mehrere Tage auf die Rechnung warten und kann sie dadurch nicht mehr rechtzeitig in meinen Monatsabschluss aufnehmen. Für Geschäftsreisende ist das ziemlich unpraktisch und ärgerlich.

Pros:

The recepsionist when we checked in not very nice, she did not even smile. Not much help when our credit card is not working.
But the room is nice with AC!

Prima budget hotel
Pros:

Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers en leuke bar/lounge.

Cons:

De zaterdagavond was er een Poolse standup comedy show in de bar. Deze was met microfoon en dus erg luid voor de andere gasten. Vervolgens komt de organisatie vd show vragen of wij zachter willen praten (als gast vh hotel) of ergens anders willen gaan zitten!?! De meeste bezoekers vd show verlieten na afloop het hotel en waren dus niet eens hotelgasten... Nog niet eerder meegemaakt in een hotel.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem war die Unterkunft insgesamt sauber.

Cons:

Da die Dusche keine Abtrennung bzw. Duschkabine hat, steht nach dem Duschen der gesamte Badezimmerboden unter Wasser. Das ist leider etwas unpraktisch.
