Hôtel sale et mal e'treyenu
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat generell einen hohen Standard. Mein Zimmer hatte eine riesige Fensterfront mit Blick aufs Meer, der Ausblick war gigantisch. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
Posizione:direttamente sul mare sulls passeggiata lungomare che alla sera si anima con dei bar di strada (sono tutti furgoni del volswagen) per aperitivi e caffè, con anche cibo.
Camera spaziosa, staff gentile.
Colazione a buffet molto ricca
La pulizia scarsa, nel bagno inesistente. È un hotel che non ha dispenser per saponi, shampoo e bagnoschiuma ma ancora alla vecchia maniera dei barattolini: trovati nel bagno già a metà e una volta finiti non li hanno rimessi.
Mattonelle del bagno sporche, il terzo giorno mi sono accorta buttando l'occhio in un angolo che nella zona wc erano sporche di cacca.
Asciugami che già dal primo giorno non lo profumavano di bucato, ma di umidità e di vecchio.
Avendo due camere, anche nella seconda la pulizia è stata molto scarsa.
Sinceramente da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspetto molto di più, e sono una persona che ha soggiornato anche presso homestay in Asia e mai mi sono lamentata
Mooi uitzicht over de zee. Had rook-kamer, stonk niet en had ik vaker moeten doen. Om de hoek bij supermarkt met heel veel keuze en zelfs bier en sterke drank. Voor de deur een hippe koffietentjes-boulevard. Mall dichtbij, goed (en beetje duur) visrestaurant dichtbij. Gewoon normaal goed ontbijt. Zwembad met perfect zicht op zonsondergang. Vriendelijk personeel.

De locatie is prachtig en we hadden een hele ruime kamer. Ontbijt was ook heel uitgebreid.
Het is wel toe aan een opknapbeurt
Mooie slaapkamers en elke dag werden onze kamers schoon gemaakt en voorzien van schone beddengoed en handdoeken.
De service is uitstekend en vriendelijk personeel die graag tot je dienst staat.
Algemene indruk schoon en hygiënisch.
Het is een mooi hotel, echter schort het er hier en daar wel het een en ander aan onderhoud. We hadden er geen last van maar als het onderhoud steeds achterwege blijft, zal men het wellicht aan de reviews merken.
Toeristen zullen uiteindelijk hun verblijf beoordelen op basis van hygiëne en netheid. Hierdoor zullen de overige zaken die wat minder gewaardeerd zouden worden, vaak door de vingers gezien worden.

bettwäsche und handtücher schmutzig. bad kalkig und schlecht gereinigt, duschhebel ist abgefallen.
im ganzen zimmer roch es muffig. vor ein fenster, das auf die klimaanlage ging, wurde ein selbst gemaltes bild gehängt, das fenster schloss aber nicht richtig, dadurch kam lärm durch. generell waren die fenster unglaublich dünn, dadurch war es extrem laut von der strasse (verkehr - mopeds, gesinge, musik von den food trucks). und das im 10. stock.
wir wollten per room service was bestellen, nichts was wir wollten war verfügbar. kein cola, kein mineralwasser. essen hat ewig gedauert, war dann kalt.
klimaanlage unglaublich laut, ohne unglaublich heiß im zimmer.
frühstück war ok, die eierstation möchte ich hervorheben. wir waren recht früh, da war alles noch da.
poolbereich lieblos und schlecht gereinigt, das gesamte stockwerk ungepflegt. strandpromenade verkommen.
in asien habe ich um weniger geld deutlich schöner übernachtet. wir waren froh, dass wir nur eine nacht hatten und ich kann nur sagen: einmal und nie wieder (in manado ist es aber generell schwierig).

Exceptional service. The staff were very kind and helpfull. Food was great as well. Located on the beach and near many good shops and two malls which we visited.
