Better than chocolate!
Pros:

I don’t even know where to start! From check in until check out and all in between the staff here went above and beyond to assure an amazing stay! I’m sure I’ll misspell names but Andy, Dawn, Destiny, Victoria, the tall young lady I’m sorry her name won’t come to me, the young lady working the bar the night of karaoke, all of housekeeping and anyone I’ve left out I say thank you! Karaoke night at the last minute was so much fun and enjoyed by all! Bistro food was amazing! They even allowed me to create my own smoothie and let me just say it was off the chain amazing! An added bonus was the golf course across the road. What a great two days at this property! Thanks again!!!

Stay for emergency surgery
Pros:

Friends had booked this hotel for a family emergency surgery for three days for our family to stay. They were so nice and accommodating for all our needs!!! There were five of us sharing the room. Whatever and whenever we needed extra or clean stuff, they had it at the door very shortly. They had a wheelchair for us to use at no extra charge. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. I can't compliment this place enough!! I would definitely stay again!! It's only a few minutes from Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

Comfortable, clean and convenient hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean and the hotel was close to everything.

Cons:

The showerhead was pointing too far out for a short person and a lot of water escaped the fixed glass water stop as a result.

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

At over 400.00 per night, no complimentary coffee in the lobby or continental breakfast is ridiculous. I won't stay at Marriott again. It is very inconvenient not to have breakfast included at this price point.

Good house in a good neighborhood.
Pros:

This a very nice courtyard in an excellent location. The rooms and common space are nice. The gym is decent too. Place felt clean.

Beds were low to the floor. They had no boxspring. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

Nice staff and great bar tender with wonderful personality .
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast

Cons:

Our rooms were not ready upon arrival.
I waited 2 hours after check in time for my room .
Never able to get rooms next door to requested rooms together with family members for whom I was responsible.
I booked the rooms one month before and had requested rooms next to each other.
You no longer offer coffee or tea in the lounge area. How unfortunate.

Very Poor Service
Pros:

I dont have much good to say at all about this hotel experience. I was scheduled to stay there last thursday to go see a concert in Hershey. Unfortunately the concert was cancelled on wednesday afternoon. I cancelled the hotel online however they still charged me the full room rate and would not allow me to move my reservation to the rescheduled august concert date. The front desk was very difficult to work with and unwilling to bump up to the manager. Would not recommend staying here or giving this hotel any sort of business given the circumstances
