Unrelaxing getaway
Pros:

Spacious room, a good place for the board, lunch and dinner were good, good music, not a single track of cumbia so we survived, the pool was clean in the morning, the view is great, the waves did their job.

Cons:

Extremely poor "breakfast", music bass rumble in the room from 6am to 10pm, grilled food wasn't grilled, french fried bathed in oil, kids fighting in the pool unattended, playlist of only 30 songs that repeat forever, tried to use the gym twice but couldn't because of activities, woken up between midnight to 2am loud music coming from the village.

Good location and nice pool. Rooms are clean.

Cons:

They really nickle and dime you for every last thing. At the very least things like yoga should be included.

It’s absolutely gorgeous and everyone was so kind.

Cons:

I thought our treehouse room was going to have a better view of the ocean. It should be described as partial view or obstructed view. Lamps in the bedrooms would be nice.

Great hotel
Pros:

It’s a great hotel, the staff is great and attentive. Breakfast is great. Location cannot be better.

Cons:

The private surf classes are super expensive, we took them from another place at the end. And this is a personal preference but they only have sheets to cover yourself not duvet.
