Forget about sleep - broken headrest on the bed that moves. Poor blockage of light by curtains. Always noisy. Airconditioning makes a squeecky sound even when turned off. Pillow harder than my academic aspirations.

Airconditioning is of course locked on 24 degrees, so enjoy your sweaty room. Want to air it out? Forget about opening your window because across the street must be a restaurant serving stinky tofu, as I smelled this disgusting stench every time I opened the window.

Being in Hakata, yeah okay, I get it, outside can be noisy. Does the hotel provide earplugs? No. Weird right? Other amenities are readily available, but this one not. You'd think being next to a street full of izakaya full of salary men drinking away their pain and crying it out at 2 am would be reason enough to provide earplugs to the guests, but nah.

Somehow during my stay I was woken up every morning around 6 by the loud noise of the housekeeping but somehow they never cleaned my room once (even though I was eligible for one or two minimal cleanings).

But, at the end of the day, if you'd explore Hakata all day, I'm sure you easily fall asleep and don't even think about the (small?) inconveniences.

I'm just a sensitive sleeper and my back is more fragile than a 15 year old girl who just got a zit before prom night.

助かりました　です
Pros:

急な宿泊となり、遅くのチェックインでしたが、受付のスタッフの対応も良かったし、清潔感があって寝心地もよく、疲れがとれました。
パンでしたが朝食も付いていて助かりました。

Cons:

ひとつ挙げるなら、用事で急遽大阪から来ており、夜遅くなったので寝る前にちょっとビールが飲みたかったので、館内にビールの自販機があればなお良しでした。
