Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed to negative: multiple reports of dust/mold under beds, presence of a rodent, a spider in the bathroom and general concerns about room cleanliness despite some guests noting clean equipment.
Service
9.5
Generally positive: several guests praised attentive and proactive staff who quickly handled issues; one notable complaint about a front-desk attendant's poor tone is an outlier.
Location
9.5
Strong positive: many mentions of excellent location adjacent to the cultural park, very convenient for park visits and shows.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed: praised for traditional architecture and some spacious family rooms, but frequent complaints about small/old bathrooms, small deluxe rooms, thin walls and mosquitoes; no elevator in the older building affects convenience.
Amenities
8.8
Positive family-oriented amenities: children’s playroom, themed bunk beds, night tours and plentiful drinking stations appreciated; limited on-site convenience options and no elevator are noted drawbacks.
Value for Money
8
Mixed perceptions: several guests felt the stay offered high CP value (convenience to park, activities), while others called it overpriced given small/dated rooms and cleanliness issues.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Strongly positive: repeatedly praised breakfast—varied, tasty, local specialties, buffet-style with ample selection and portioning.
Overall Experience
9.6
Generally very positive for families and visitors to the cultural park due to location, activities and breakfast; negative experiences (cleanliness, room size, isolated staff incident) lowered some stays but most reviews describe enjoyable stays.
