Staff gentile e cordiale, disponibile ad accogliermi come turista. Camera spaziosa, ampia, bisogna considerare che si tratta di un edificio nel contesto dei bui vicoli del centro storico genovese, pertanto occorre accettare il compromesso di disporre di poca luce dalle finestre e un affaccio direttamente su altri contesti abitati appena oltre la cornice della finestra. La colazione varia, buona, ricca di proposte che ho apprezzato

A pochi passi dall'Acquario
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale soprattutto per chi intende visitare l'acquario e le strutture connesse, a cento metri di distanza dall'albergo.
Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con la serratura della stanza ed è stato prontamente risolto. Inoltre ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio anche dopo il check out in quanto il nostro treno ripartiva nel tardo pomeriggio.

Cons:

Siccome la struttura è situata in un vecchio palazzo non è presente l'ascensore: tenetelo presente in fase di prenotazione qualora doveste avere difficoltà di movimento!

Colazione più che soddisfacente, posizione ottima, staff molto cordiale. Struttura non grandissima ma pulita e da tutti i servizi di un tre stelle in centro città.

Cons:

Prezzo leggermente alto (anche se non ho temrini di paragone con altre strutture simili a Genova)

Pros:

The location is good, the most important sights are within walking distance. The room was small, but ok for one night. Considering the central location of the accommodation, it was a quiet and safe stay.

Cons:

The breakfast room was kind of miserable, needs more care. Breakfast was also a disappointment (cold pancakes on Sunday morning...).
