Pros:

Molto bella, stanza pulita e grande, servizi ottimi, molto comoda
la colazione molto rifornita
staff gentile e sempre a disposizione. Posizione ottima, in centro davanti acquario vicina all’uscita dell’autostrada e a pochi passi dalla stazione della metro.

Excellent ! Un hôtel très agréable et fonctionnel, idéalement situé en plein centre, juste en face de l'aquarium. C'est aussi très pratique pour prendre le train, comme je l'ai fait le lendemain matin.
Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, avec un large choix de mets sucrés et salés.
Je reviendrai y passer des vacances pour profiter des bateaux qui partent juste en face

La posizione, fronte acquario di Genova, nel centro storico e davanti imbarco nel caso si volesse prendere il battello per le località come Camogli o San Fruttuoso. La colazione e l’aria condizionata efficente. Parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura a 25 euro a giorno che visti i prezzi degli altri è ottimo

Posizione ottimale, proprio davanti all'acquario, a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione.
L'accoglienza da parte della reception è stata impeccabile, che ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura prima dell'orario di check-in, oltre a mostrarci brevemente cosa vedere in zona.
Abbiamo trovato la camera molto pulita ed ordinata, con tutto il necessario presente. Il tutto risente però del passare del tempo (finiture e arredo).

Cons:

Mi sarei aspettato gli ambienti un po' più freschi, dato il nostro arrivo, ma purtroppo non è presente una climatizzazione centralizzata gestita dalla struttura... Presente solo un classico climatizzatore che impiega un po' a raffreddare gli ambienti. Zanzariera invece rotta.
Capitolo colazione: sebbene i prodotti offerti siano stati di qualità discreta, abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora dall'ora prevista di inizio colazione perché la sala non era ancora stata allestita. Il ragazzo addetto al servizio, senza sorridere troppo, ha impiegato davvero tanto tempo nel portare cibo e vivande ai tavoli: fossimo stati di fretta avremmo sicuramente dovuto rinunciare alla colazione.

Hotel in posizione centrale, subito avanti all'acquario di Genova, servizio mediocre. Peccato anche la mancanza dell'ascensore e le camere che mostrano i segni del tempo, servirebbe un po' più di manutenzione.

Очень понравилось, что есть отдельный вход по коду минуя ресепшн. Можно привести девушку для любви и никто не будет задавать дурных вопросов или смотреть.

Bed bugs in the room.
Pros:

Location was nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was bed bugs in the room and we got bit around a 100 times. We got 200€ out of 216 in return after a bit of arguing with the manager. This was not pleasant.
