Pros:

Aufmerksames Personal, was auch super in Englisch einen helfen kann. Laufweg zu JR Bakurocho ist angenehm, wenn man will nach Akihabara läuft man ca. 15 Minuten und Asakusabashi ist auch gut erreichbar zu Fuß. Man kommt also gut weg und hat verschiedene Möglichkeiten mit Metro oder JR zu seinen Zielen zu kommen.
Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet und für unseren etwa 2 1/2 wöchigen Aufenthalt mehr als ausreichend.
Service wie die Lounge und Abends mit Bar war auch gut.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war jedoch relativ laut in der Nacht mit den Brummen. Mit ohrenstöpsel aber bestens ausblendbar.

Posizione ottima, metro che porta alle principali mete d visitare o snodi principali e linea diretta dall'aeroporto. Colazione abbondante e completa per tutti i gusti. Camera di dimensioni standard per il giappone, però completa e tutto sommato comoda

Konumu pek çok metro istasyonuna yürüyüş mesafesinde.Otobüs durakları çok yakınında .Otel güvenli ve temiz bir bölgede.Akhiberaya çok çok yakın yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz.Personel harika.Lobide çay, kahve ve ikramlar sınırsız .Sigara odası havadar.Köşe odalar büyük .Ara odalar ise bizim anlayışımıza göre küçük kalıyor.Temizlik mükemmel.Diğer şehirdeki otelinize valizlerinizi güvenle transfer ediyorlar.Bize hizmet veren değerli personele çok teşekkür ederiz.

Excellent Stay at Comfort Hotel Era - Top Notch Location
Pros:

The Location was excellent, just minutes walk from all the metro lines. You can go to Shinjuku, Asakusa, Ginza, Shibuya very easily. Room was comfortable, super clean and service was excellent

Petite chambre cosy dans un très bon hôtel pour débuter le voyage !
Pros:

Personnel super accueillant. L’hôtel est facile d’accès et est à moins de 10 minutes à pied du métro. L’hôtel est très propre, nos serviettes ont été changés tous les jours et nos déchets jetés.

Cons:

Les rideaux ne sont pas totalement occultants, pour ceux qui n’aiment pas la lumière du jour, pensez à un masque pour le sommeil.
La chambre est assez petite mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, il s’agissait de notre hôtel d’arrivée donc notre valise de taille moyenne pouvait se glisser sous le lit et nous permettre de circuler

Öncelikle nasıl tanıtıldıysa öyleydi hatta birçok yönden az bile anlatılmış diyebilirim. Yorumları okuduğumda acaba demiştim ama hiç gerek yokmuş. Her şey olması gerektiğinden iyi. Sorunsuz bir check-in. İkramlar, hizmet, temizlik üst düzey.. Gitmeden önce ekstra yastık istemiştik belki zaten vardı belki biz istedik diye verdiler bilmiyorum ama çarşaflar yatak havlular hepsi mükemmel temizdi..
Hiçbir şeyi unutmak istemiyorum odamız caddeye bakıyordu camımız hep açıktı ve gürültü azdı. Perde karartması çok iyiydi. Odadaki askılıklar çok işimize yaradı hepsi çok kaliteliydi. Otel çok iyi planlanmış ve sessizdi. Aydınaltma çok iyiydi. Saç kurutma makinesi çok güçlüydü. Gerek yok dememize rağmen her gün kapımıza yeni havlular asıldı. Aşağıdaki çaylar ve her çeşit konuğa hitap eden broşürler arsında müslümanlar için olan çok işimize yaradı..

Cons:

Yine gelirsek yine burada kalırız ama metro istasyonuna vardım zannettikten sonra bir o kadar daha yürümek gerekiyor ve metrolarda maalesef yürüyen merdiven ya da asansör yok o biraz yorucu oluyor.
Bir de banyoda giderlerden kötü kokular geliyordu banyo kapısının altını örterek buna çare bulduk.
Son olarak çamaşır makinesi adedi daha fazla olabilir sıra beklemek zorunda kaldık.

早餐不错，全天咖啡、下午茶点傍晚干果无限供应都很不错，让人有宾至如归的感觉。出行方便，公交地铁出行就在酒店几分钟路程内，房间安静，床品舒适，可以寄存行李，有机会再来游玩考虑继续选择这里。

距離馬食橫山和東日本橋(1號出口)很近,到機場或其他景點都很方便。房間寬敞設施整潔又有洗衣機。一樓有免費小點心，咖啡，檸檬水，下次還會入住。
