Incredible staff, good location and clean.
Pros:

Very close to Akihabara, convenience stores close by aswell as metro station. Very clean, incredible staff, free coffee, tea and snacks. Spacious room with good layout.

Cons:

We first got a room where the bed smelled like smoke, but the staff were incredibly helpful and got us a new room very quickly.

Pros:

Among the most spacious bathrooms in Tokyo of this price range. It's in a quiet part of town and walking distance to a bit of everything. Color temperature and brightness of the light is adjusted by remote.

Cons:

Air-conditioning is louder than others. Windows don't have mesh screens.

Clean, comfortable stay, perfect breakfast
Pros:

In my opinion, the hotel’s breakfast was excellent for Western guests. It included a wide variety of options, such as rice, hot pancakes, yogurt, vegetables, fruit, sausage, meat, and smoothies. I really enjoyed it. The cleanliness was excellent; we found our hotel room spotless and tidy every time we returned. The atmosphere was quiet; we had no trouble sleeping, and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed spending the evenings after a tiring day of sightseeing with the snacks served in the dining area and drinks from the vending machines on the second floor. I didn’t have a single bad experience.

Cons:

The hotel’s location wasn’t just close to one subway line—it was close to many. Every day, we took a different subway line to get there and a different one to get back. From that perspective, it was very confusing. I had a hard time figuring out its location. If you plan to visit many places, you might want to choose a more central location.
