Terrible
Pros:

Terrible experience. I booked an Executive Double Room, but upon arrival, I was told it wasn't available. They forced me into a Twin Room but still charged the full price of 3,024. To make matters worse, the room looked nothing like the photos online. It felt like it hadn't been renovated in 30 to 40 years. Avoid this place.

Cons:

Everything could have been better for the price paid.

It made creeping noise due to wind the whole night which disturbed our sleep

Cons:

I want two soaps for a double bed room.
Some light bulbs are not properly working
I want a full package with dinner and breakfast.
I want to cut fruits for breakfast, not for fruit juice
I want some natural miltes items.
However good atmosphere and best hotel in Mangalore.
