The staff were courteous and helpful. However, despite repeated requests, the housekeeping did not clean the room properly. The TV was also not working properly. I hope the management improves these issues.

Staffs and management is killing the business
Pros:

Room service staff was not cooperating
Rooms rent also they were cheeting.
Be careful . Before stay ensure their declare amount is not changing .

Terrible
Pros:

Terrible experience. I booked an Executive Double Room, but upon arrival, I was told it wasn't available. They forced me into a Twin Room but still charged the full price of 3,024. To make matters worse, the room looked nothing like the photos online. It felt like it hadn't been renovated in 30 to 40 years. Avoid this place.
