Stunning rooms, wonderful staff
Pros:

Amazing location, still close to everything but in a nice quiet street! Beautiful pool, fantastic staff, amazing rooftop for balloon views, great breakfast, super comfortable and beautiful rooms. Absolutely wonderful stay

Great stay, in a fabulous location - would recommend!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They organised two tours for us with good recommendations. The facilities were all very clean and of a good standard; we used the pool, enjoyed the fabulous breakfast choices and the rooftop views of the hot air balloons were just perfect :-) Whilst this hotel is a little on the edge of town, we found it easy to walk to places and felt the hotel was great value for money.

Great Breakfast, Location, staff
Pros:

We loved the varietiesof Buffet Breakfast and great location. Staff were very helpful and polite, helped us to book hot air ballon ride and also with our luggage to take to the room. Able to leave luggage after check out.

Отличный отель, особеноо, для тех, кто на авто.
Pros:

Приятная атмосфера, улыбчивый персонал, наличие парковки, прекрасная обзорная площадка. Очень уютный отель.

Cons:

Шумоизоляция на этаже слабая.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le staff est toujours disponible, le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et la vue de l’hôtel est très jolie

Cons:

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien dans les chambres, la salle de bain est un peu petite, les rideaux ne sont pas très occultants

Дуже чисто, все зручно, привітний персонал, допомогли з організацією польоту на кулі. Хороший ресторан в готелі. Також були дуже раді бачити там собаку Патрона 🐶.

Cons:

У нас був номер з вікнами на басейн, інколи було шумно, але це зовсім не критично. Просто потрібно це врахувати під час бронювання.
