Super hotel avec rooftop extraordinaire
Pros:

Excellent hôtel avec un rooftop extraordinaire pour voir les montgolfières le matin. Vue en hauteur et bien dégagée. C’était mon critère principal et je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix. Chambre très propre et très confortable. Personnel au top, que ce soit à la réception avec accueil personnalisé et informations touristiques ou au petit déjeuner. Tout est fait pour que vous soyez satisfait . A 7 minutes à pied du centre de Goreme. À noter super spa, juste en face.

Super hotel in Cappadocia
Pros:

Great hotel. Big spacious rooms. Super pool area. Small terrace with seating outside ground floor rooms. staff are excellent & very helpful. They arranged a packed breakfast as we had an early departure. Located on a quiet street - Approx 10 minute easy walk to town. Good varied breakfast. La Terraza restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices. Large 360 degree terrace on the top floor to watch the balloons. Highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

No lift - restaurant on 4th floor.

Pros:

The rooftop and buffet breakfast were amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They assisted us with organising activities, arranging taxis, and keeping us informed about the hot air balloons each morning. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable, and we would highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

La habitación era bastante amplia, la cama estaba increíblemente cómoda, me sentía como en una nube. La habitación la limpiaban y reponían las cosas todos los días. El desayuno era bastante bueno.

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones muy bonitas, con unas vistas muy buenas, se pueden ver los globos.
Tienen un personal extremadamente simpático, te resuelven dudas, te dan recomendaciones, y TODOS con una sonrisa siempre.

Cons:

Quizás quemas bebidas en el desayuno no están en una placa fría lo cual no las mantiene frías y con el paso de las horas va cogiendo un sabor amargo.

Bagage perdu dans le transfert aéroport, cash de la banque refusé, transfert aéroport pour remplir shuttle à 1h du matin pour un vol à 6h… nombreux non-dits. Dommage

Завтраки замечательные, прекрасный вид с террасы , потрясающий бассейн!!! Очень стильный и красивый отель !! Девочки на ресепшене очень милые и приветливые 🌸
Расположение идеальное(не рядом с дорогой☝️ всего в 5 минутах ходьбы до центра Каппадокии) Но знайте … шары это рулетка … может и не быть погоды , хотя вам кажется,что она идеальная)))

Слышимость , не было зубных щеток и пасты (нам этого не хватило …хорошо , захватили одну щетку и пасту из отеля в Белеке)

К сожалению, впечатление от проживания было существенно омрачено финансовым вопросом. При бронировании с моего счета была списана сумма, которая оказалась значительно выше ожидаемой. За две ночи проживания общая стоимость составила почти 400 евро, и, на мой взгляд, качество предоставленных услуг не соответствовало такой высокой цене.
Я неоднократно пытался урегулировать этот вопрос как с администрацией отеля, так и через службу поддержки Booking, однако найти решение не удалось. Особенно разочаровало отсутствие конструктивной обратной связи и готовности разобраться в ситуации.
В результате негативный опыт, связанный с оплатой и последующим рассмотрением моего обращения, значительно повлиял на общее впечатление как об отеле, так и о сервисе Booking.

位置好，可以在露台看到热气球，有个热气球主要的起飞点就在酒店对面，很近，可以看到热气球充气，起飞的整个过程。好多好多的热气球，满天都是热气球。露台360度视角。我们房间躺床上也可以看到部分热气球，露台很大，很美，早餐丰富，还有蜂巢蜜，工作人员热情周到。房间也很有特色，阳台很大，有桌椅，，很享受。
