Great for a simple stay with no expectations
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was really small, but there was enough coffee and some tasty chocolate pastries ! Would have loved some local fruits or so.
The staff was always very helpful, but seemed confused often and in the two days I was there I felt like I saw way too many different faces at the reception.
The room was very simple. But I want to praise the very nice duvets (different from usual portuguese standards where there is a simple sheet with a comforter on top), very hygienic!
The location is fantastic, as it is two steps from the sandy beachfront.

Cons:

The shower could have been cleaner (quite dirty deposits that needed good scrubbing).
The mattress was uncomfortable !

Really like the location front desk person really fun. Had a bad experience mattress really bad and the room was dirty and they forgot to change the sheets. It was pretty bad.

Close to beachfront and lots of cafes. Very friendly, genuine and helpful staff.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Don't pay for the included breakfast, it's definitely not worth it.
Rooms are old and not updated well.
