本人原定於5月27及28日入住承攜台大館但於27日早上接到承攜訊息稱因房間冷氣需修理無法當日修好且第二天亦無法保證入住時冷氣已修好因此只好選擇由承攜所提方案轉去雀客商旅但所轉換的雀客商旅住宿品質遠不如承攜商旅讓我這兩天深感不平與氣憤為什麼承攜商旅服務品質如此劣等我正準備投訴相關的單位承攜商旅未能履行讓客戶滿意應有的責任，且5月27日當我接到訊息時打電話至承攜商旅詢問的櫃台小姐似乎沒有想幫旅客解決問題的口氣更讓人覺得非常非常不滿，我向她強調我因工作關係必須就在台大館入住但她就是那種理所當然回答我其他客房已滿幫不上忙的口氣回復在無從選擇且當天早上已到台北出差工作我只好接收她提的方案轉去雀客商旅，總之這次對承攜這種不顧旅客的權益的事件我正準備相關的內容去有關單位申訴這次事件

Sehr nahe an einer U-Bahnstation mit Restaurants in der Nähe. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind doch sehr klein und es besteht das Gefühl in einer Höhle zu sein.
