Loved the stay & location was perfect to visit most of the places in Bkk
Pros:

Location was right next to river, staff was excellent, rooms were clean.

Cons:

Almost everything was good, just that the last leg to reach hotel isn’t great and when it rains, reaching hotel could be cumbersome.

Lovely alternative location for a stay in Bangkok, enjoyed very much!
Pros:

Staff and food were fantastic. Everyone was very helpful. Location very different for Bangkok and I enjoyed being in that part of town very much for a different experience of the city.

Cons:

Staff very helpfully arranged water taxis for me. GRAB also available, short walk from hotel through the lanes so location not as difficult as it first seemed.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Pros:

This place was incredible! Very comfortable and with the friendliest staff. We had a flight change, and they were willing to accommodate us with no problems. The food was amazing and so were the views. Plus, they have 2 huge tortoises living in the lobby. I truly can’t love this place enough!!!!

Cons:

This location is PERFECT!!! However, it’s not accessible by the main road. So there’s a 3-5 minute walk. It’s not a big deal, but if you have a lot of luggage, and struggle with the heat, it can be a nuisance.

Will definitely like to stay again in near future.
Pros:

Live up to Michelin with food presentation, quality & taste. Staffs were fantastic, particularly Kupree who was attentive & thoughtful. Nature ambience is comfortable allow to relax wholly despite the bustling neighborhood.

Cons:

unexpected construction work at canal which the hotel could not control on 1 late night.

Amazing Experience
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. But what made it stand out was the staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful, not just doing their job but actually making sure guests feel welcome.
You can tell there’s good management behind the scenes because everything runs smoothly and the service is consistently great. Please pass this on to the management team, they’re clearly doing something right.
Would happily stay here again.

Beautiful hotel right on the river.
Pros:

Beautiful wooden hotel right on the banks of the Chao Praya river. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with good shower and comfortable bed. My room had a balcony overlooking the canal and river. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent. Will definitely come back.

Cons:

Little bit isolated but this is a minor problem because this is Thailand so transport is never difficult to find.

Serene, comfortable and quiet
Pros:

Just as absolutely beautiful and serene as the photos. We travelled here from Australia and wanted a hotel that would allow us to meet the community, enjoy the view of the river, and still get everywhere we wanted to go in Bangkok easily. Chann Bangkok Noi is a beautiful place with wonderful food, helpful and friendly staff, amazing food and comfortable rooms with world class air conditioning. We’re sad we couldn’t stay longer, but we look forward to visiting again - this is the perfect place for any couples staying in Bangkok to relax.

L’endroit est top! L’hotel est très beau et paisible. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de se faufiler dans les petites ruelles pour arriver à l’hôtel.
Le restaurant est aussi au top et le personnel extremement gentil.
Quel plaisir de prendre un verre au bord de l’eau.

Das Hotel vermittelt das Gefühl in einem Privathaus zu sein, hervorragende Architektur, sehr geschmackvolle gediegene Einrichtung. Eine offene Lounge am Wasser, Ruhe und entzückende Hauskatzen. Die Betreuung war exzellent und hat alle Wünsche zufrieden gestellt. Ich habe umgebucht und komme in drei Tagen wieder.

Bon rapport qualité prix mais attention a la localisation!
Pros:

La réceptionniste était extraordinairement serviable.

Cons:

Par contre, effectivement, la localisation super atypique et pas pratique, on a été également décus par le massage qui n'était pas super et enfin, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un restau plus conséquent compte tenu de la localisation!
