Pros:

非常有特色的酒店，他們有爬山電梯來接送各層的住客，而且外面的風景真的非常美麗，真的很值得住在這裏。

Cons:

有時其他旅客在公共的花園平台裏講電話，其他住客都聽得一清二楚。而且，在早餐的部份，最好避六、七點，因為好多人早上吃完早餐去FANSIPAN，人超級的多，如果大家那一天不用去FANSIPAN的話，可以晚一點點才去吃早餐比較好。

W związku niedogodnościami hotel nie spełnił moich oczekiwań.
Pros:

Dobre śniadanie, czystość pokoju, praca personelu, fajny basen, bliskość do centrum.

Cons:

Wielkość pokoju mocno niezgodna z opisem realnie pokój miał około 18m2, w opisie 35m2, było ciasno w pokoju. Zostaliśmy umieszczeni na poziomie, gdzie od rana do wieczora trwały głośne prace budowlane w hotelu, koło pokoju spacerowali robotnicy. Nikt nie powinien być tu zakwaterowany. Hotel zlokalizowany jest na zboczu, nie posiada windy, trzeba chodzić po schodach od poziomu 1 do 3, od 3 do 7 jeździ bardzo powolny wagonik.

Friendly helpful staff at a hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The staff at SaPa Village Hotel couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Hotel is a little quirky split across several levels with a funicular to the higher floors.

Pros:

Superb location, great breakfast, and good staff, especially Dung and Ethan, extremely helpful and very cooperative. Also, they guide us well for the day excursion...

Cons:

Its a steep climb to reach the hotel from the main road....and need to take higher floors for an u disturbed view. Some construction work was going on, and at times it was quite diaturbing...

Very comfortable!
Pros:

My room was on the 6th floor with a beautiful view . This was the best part .

Cons:

Wi-Fi was not perfect - coming and going . Have to climb 2 levels and then only elevator starts ( but we knew this - hope someday they can do something about this ).

Cons:

我是住最上面的房間903。陽台很小希望陽台能擴建放張椅子跟桌子會更棒。陽台的玻璃門也需要更換了。開關時好可怕喔
