非常老舊的房間和衛生間，與網站照片很不符。其次我住的房間，浴室地漏發出惡臭，關上浴室門時聞不到，但是早上洗漱打開時簡直讓人不能忍受。
Clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed - no back or body pain after sleeping. Free coffee in the lounge/patio area, which is a nice place to hang out. The hotel was generally well maintained. You can leave your luggage if you want to explore the city before your flight.
Wi-Fi is really, really bad. Very slow and constantly cuts out, making it difficult to plan our travels. We were reliant on wifi as we had limited data. This was a down side. We asked the staff to fix it and was kind to take action. However, the wifi remained slow.
Shower curtain is far too short. Water gets all over the bathroom floor, toilet area, and sink. We had to use towels and bath mats to wipe everything up, so we needed fresh ones every day. We had to ask the staff to clean the room even when it is not necessary. A longer curtain would easily prevent this.
The walls are very thin so you could hear the elevator going up, going down and opening and closing. Extra isolation would have helped this.
Cigarette smell from smokers below came into our room even with the windows completely closed.
The room was advertised as having a “patio,” but our room didn’t have one.
Pillows weren’t very comfortable. On the other hand, it was comfortable for my partner. It is flat and low. So it ias dependent on you preference.
No full-body mirror. However, I noticed this in accessible/public toilets around the city as well, so it seems to be more of a local norm and wasn’t really an issue for us.
It was within walking distance to Chifeng street and Zhongshan metro station. Service was very good too, staff very earnest and eager to help
Pillows were way too soft. Walls quite thin, the neighbours made a din the whole night on my first night there so I had a hard time sleeping
I had a really nice room on the ground floor that was perfectly sized for me as one person (and would be for 2 people as well). It was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was working perfectly. The staff member who did my check-in was very, very kind and helpful and also helped me to remove a bug from the room (that I must have brought in from outside, as the room has no connection, e.g., a window, to the outside). The 24h reception brought me great comfort, and the room was very well cleaned when I asked for that. At the reception/arrival space, there is a coffee machine and snacks for free for each guest, which is a nice addition, and the room also has a small selection of tea and coffee (instant) and comes with water bottles. The location was very convenient. All in all, a great hotel!
