Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. With effect from 1 April 2012, all bookings are subject to a MYR 2 Heritage Tax per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.
Please note that when using a debit card for booking purposes, the hotel will perform an Offline Authorization Check upon arrival. There is no amount charged to the card.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

The family room space comfortable with us. The aircond well functioning, water dispenser outside the room. Only got 1 mamak restaurant nearby the hotel.

Cons:

Intermediate room without window. The chair only have 1, can consider put additional 2 units per room.

Personnel gentil mais hôtel médiocre, rapport qualité-prix très mauvais
Pros:

L'hôtel est assez bien placé et le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

J'ai changé de chambre deux fois en deux nuitées... Quand je suis arrivé, la climatisation de la première chambre ne marchait pas. La seconde n'avait pas de fenêtre mais surtout était très proche (collée?) à un établissement de nuit ou KTV dont j'ai pu percevoir les bases toute la nuit.

Plus généralement, l'hôtel et les chambres sont en mauvais état. Moquettes des couloir dégueulasses, murs replâtrés mai pas repeints, tout est rebricolé, vieilles climatisations hyper bruyantes et pour certaines cassées. Les draps sont assez suspects (vieux et grisâtres), les alèses sont pleines de tâches (à quoi servent-elles?!)

Bref, on est très très loin de payer pour la valeur du prix...
