Location was central and easy to get to my destination. Clean, tidy and modern.
A few repairs needed to reflect the price of the room, cracks to bathroom tles and bedside cabinet. Bed was not as comfy as as expected.
Wifi var lidt ustabil og svag.

The heat in the apartment was unbearable! We had a fan and windows open all night and it was still far too hot!
Everything! The whole property was clean. Loved we got to have a duvet bed in bed all day. Omg the mattress is the comfiest I’ve slept in! I want to come back for another good sleep! Bathrooms were hot fast and clean and have us our privacy . Making last min changes to extend the room and then late checkout was don’t so late by me but handled so well my the team. Can’t fault any of you. Massive Thankyou . It was the perfect place to return to after dialysis, please comfort and quietness
Nothing, sometimes a little noise but we were right by the door. My original choice was for a bath to just relax my muscles but can’t complain. With the free up grade we were more than grateful

Nice and clean
Tv didn’t work. No signal And fridge was warm not cold Also was woke up at 6.30 by workers a tracktor or dumper. Up and down the hotel from 6.30 to about 9. Shaking the building literally. Woke ip and and couldn’t settle. And noisy was there to rest after some bad news.
We had such a mixed experience here. Our first night was genuinely lovely—calm, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We actually enjoyed it so much that we were already planning to book again next month.
Unfortunately, the second night completely let it down. There was loud music in the early hours (around 3–4am) which made it really difficult to sleep. We did report it, but it wasn’t properly resolved and the noise continued.
On top of that, there was a strong smell of weed, and we actually saw the guests responsible. The next morning we even saw an ashtray with what appeared to be weed in it and took photos, intending to make a complaint.
In the end, we decided not to take it further and simply won’t be returning. It’s a real shame because the start of our stay was so good, but the lack of a peaceful environment and how it was handled has put us off booking again.
Pros:
Location - especially for the High Street and the Station. Communication from reception via email with easy check in instructions. Comfy beds
Cons:
In room 1760: shower leaked continuously after using. Wifi was dreadful. Woken each morn at 5am. Non stop trucks loading or emptying bins. So noisey, hardly slept. It was unbearably hot and stuffy (even in April). Water from all the taps was dangerously scalding hot.
