- They did not provide fresh bottled water, they refilled a used plastic bottle

Good room size but extremely disappointing service — definitely not a 4-star experience.
Pros:

The rooms and washrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Very poor service — reception didn’t respond to calls at night, requests like extra bed or hard mattress were ignored despite follow-ups, and overall it does not meet 4-star standards; even the lift is too small.

Pros:

Only cold breakfast. Then on request they made us parathas which were Average

Cons:

No hot water in the room. No WiFi connectivity.had to wait 1 hour to meet the manager.
