Central Hotel with Welcoming Staff and Fabulous Breakfast
Pros:

Great reception staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. Warm welcome and spotless, quiet room. Breakfast range was superb.

Przytulny hotel w sercu miasta z ekstra śniadaniem
Pros:

Obsługa fantastyczna (: Naprawdę, każda osoba, z którą mieliśmy styczność była przemiła i pomocna. Pokoje są ładne i czyste, śniadania bardzo smaczne (jajka poszetowe w pomidorach z karty to sztos! i najlepsze flat white, jakie piliśmy "na mieście"). Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna, tuż obok rynku, wszędzie blisko spacerem, m.in. na Wawel. W hotelu jest masa udogodnień, m.in. parking podziemny, basen, siłownia, etc.

Cons:

Bardzo kiepski zasięg WiFi. I niestety od strony ulicy jest po prostu bardzo głośno, ale to minus lokalizacji w samym sercu Starego Miasta. Na plus możliwość zmiany pokoju na taki z oknami od innej strony (:

Cons:

שהינו כמה ימים לפני כן במלון והיה לנו לדר מדהים , חדר פרמיום. בשההיה הנוכחית קיבלנו גם חדר ״פרמיום״ אבל למעשה מדובר בחדר בעליית גג, ללא חלונות פרקטיים אלא כאלו שממוקמים קרוב לתקרה, וכן חלון עלון בתקרה של עליית גג שלא ניתן לקבל בו הצללה מלאה. החדר כשלעצמו לא מתאים להגדרה של פרמיום, נותן הרגשה קלסטרופובית ללא חלונות. צריך לשים לב ולבקש חדר שאיננו בעליית הגג.
