This is a very disappointing hotel i ever saw with such bad management and staff. First of all the room i was promised not given. Room was very small compare to other similiar hotel and i dont know how their rating is so high on booking .com they r promising 24 hour room dining and restaurant but after 10 11 pm they refuse to serve anything. Morning tea was also not available before 7.30 as restaurant is closed. Breakfast was below average and service was poor. In th night two time i called for water but they didn't provide always saying yes we r sending. 3 nights payment they took in advance and refuse to return when first day itself i wanna check out with bad service saying u need to talk to booking.com i even raised the issue with Booking.com but they also raised their hands by saying we send email to properly and get back to us but hotel refused that no email came. Even i am not happy with Booking.com having no contact centre in india who can help u out in such situation. Surprisingly they have their call centre in US UK UAE but in such a big country like india they dont think dedicated customer service centre needed. Means u pay them in advance and then u r on their mercy and will u cant do even to raise ur complaints and discomfort as no one is available to hear u or help out. I now cracked their rating scam also when u want to checkout they offer u some discount so u cant give actual review about them. U write all good and best and they will award u with some 5 to 7 % discounts for ur next stay. With me they tried since 2 days that i should write good about them to avail the discount. How convenient this for them that even after so much suffering u should not put the genuine review and they always make people fool like this. This facilty doesn't worth 5000 for a room at all. I will never come back to this hotel and advice other guest also to be careful with this Regenta Central Antarim Ahmadabad and its other franchise too.

A special thanks to Arup, Nilesh, and Shubhas for being extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. Their professionalism and warm behavior truly stood out and made the experience even better. Highly appreciated and definitely recommended!
