Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war morgens durch die airco eiskalt. Das war dem Herrn bei der Rezeption bekannt, man will das aber offenbar nicht ändern. So macht das Frühstück aber keinen Spass. Ansonsten hätte man auch eine 10 geben können.

La situacion y limpieza del hotel

Cons:

El personal de la noche. No estaban pendientes de quien entraba o salia del hotel,no saliendo de su cuartito ni psra dar las buenas noches y cuando lo hacian con mucha sequedad.

Pros:

Me encantó todo el confort de su habitación muy completa y primordialmente la amabilidad y buena disposición del personal de recepción todos muy amables y dispuestos a solucionar todo gracias infinitas

We had a lovely mini break with friends in an amazing hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Porto. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped . The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Tea, coffee and other hot drinks available 24 hours in reception . The hotel staff were all very helpful and pleasant . I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly revisit it.

Cons:

Nothing - it was all fantastic.

Pros:

Great location. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Easy check-in. Quiet rooms.

Cons:

Could have done with some hooks in the bathroom and corridor. More hot options for breakfast would have been nice
