Pros:

There was always someone at the front desk to answer questions and point me in the right direction.

The hotel has a boutique vibe. Very comfortable lobby. Beautiful bar.

Cons:

Two minor things...

1. There's only one garbage pail in the bathroom. I would've liked another in the room
2. Need dressers to unpack clothing.

Pros:

Very good and recommend for short stay. Not far from old town. The staff were helpful

O hotel é super bem
localizado e perfeito para quem vai á trabalho para Zurich. O Hotel fica em um prédio lindo que era um antigo banco . Lindo o bar do hotel , super bem decorado, café da manhã gostoso e os funcionários prestativos e gentis . Super recomendo .

Convenient location, comfortable room
Pros:

It was OK. Room was comfy enough, shower was good, bed was comfy, A/C was good. Breakfast was ok - no hot food. Location was OK, 15 minute walk from Zurich HB, a few minutes from an alternate station. Hotel itself was generally pretty quiet. Helpful friendly staff at check-in

Cons:

Huge hotel - was a big walk from lift to our room! only hotel we stayed at in our month long trip that had no hot food at breakfast.

Good location, friendly staff, simple but effective accommodation
Pros:

Good first day/night hotel experience in Switzerland, comfortable beds and decent sized room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bar service (although only requested water) was really good and bartender was very communicative.

Trato del personal ,habitación amplia y cama king muy cómoda .Ubicacion muy buena .Diseño fantástico .

Cons:

Baño muy pequeño para la dimensión de la habitación ya que nosotros somos grandes
