The staff was lovely! The room was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Switch up the music too

The room was fabulous but the shower needs to be remodeled the floor board was faded from the water I’m assuming

The shower floor board and the room could of been a lil more detailed the carpet needs to be deep cleaned

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel, with some great works of art throughout. The food was exceptional. We only had a one night stay as part of a round trip, so we couldn't really explore the area very much, making the hotel even more of a haven.

Cons:

The surrounding area is quite quiet, although close to the centre, we experienced Jackson on a very quiet night. However, we were very limited for time.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

The restaurant inside. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Cons:

Waiting almost a hour after check in for my suite to be ready. Then waiting almost another hour for towels. It has been over a month and I’m still waiting on my “partial refund” and if you ever are warranted a refund I wouldn’t recommend booking through this app either their communication is very poor.

The Westin experience was amazing, I was greeted and my car was valets by Lahenry, and his service was impeccable. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.

Great business hotel
Pros:

Stayed here for 1 night. It was easy for me to access my work location. Comfortable rooms. Restraurant onsite. Their gym is great. The valet is by 3rd party but very effective, Clean and well maintained hotel. Good sleep quality. It is a poor neighborhood and i would not recommend walking around - but good for business travel
