The staff was very nice.
Unfortunately, the building is in the middle of nowhere and the in-hotel “restaurant” leaves everything to be desired. The building is under construction as of Feb 2026 with construction noise audible in the building and both elevators out of order.

We stayed here both post and pre cruise because they were promoting a 5000 bonus with a upgraded price. We talked to the staff on the desk and they said it was Marriott that was in charge of this promo. Marriot says no its the hotel ... We were totally ripped of for 10,000 points. Not to mention the extra we paid for the room So if you are booking with the promo rate that ups your charges to receive the points .. do not. Lesson learned
There was a networking event at the hotel restaurant and we got to go and dine with live music and free appetizers.
The restaurant staff was very rude and there aren't those many restaurant options nearby. The floors in the restaurant were very sticky.

The staff that I interacted with was very friendly, the meal I ate at the hotel's restaurant was incredible, and the room had many great amenities (including access to Netflix on the TV, etc.).
I waited a long time for a shuttle from the airport.
