Muito bom e de qualidade, pessoal teve educação atenção e era super limpo e organizado a estrutura!
Pros:

Gostei bastante do café da manhã, da agilidade no check-in e check-out pelo time, foi tudo muiiiiito prático, rápido e bom!

Cons:

O wi-fi, tanto o que eu tinha como hóspede até o que o pessoal me liberou lá o login como Administrador, tenho um macbook pro e foi impossível ter uma reunião de qualidade com um cliente chave meu ! impossível simplesmente, e a 5G não funcionava porque gramado é turística e estava em época de Gramado Summit, se tiver outro evento turístico de mesmo porte não conte com a Wi-fi não

Ótimo atendimento e receptividade dos funcionários, tudo muito limpo.

Cons:

A unica coisa que não me agradou, os banheiros muito pequenos e as tvs são a cabo, a distância do centro não tem como ir a pé, mas o restante, tudo excelente.

Atendimento.
Instalações: alugamos dois quartos e ambos estavam com mofo, camas muito ruins com rasgados e buracos, teto descascando.
Não trocaram as roupas de cama, e o Cobertor que era disponibilizado estava com mal cheiro.
Ar condicionado com odor horrível, o que resultou em não conseguirmos utilizá-lo.
Ficamos sem abastecimento de água, sem poder tomar banho ou ao menos escovar os dentes ao final do dia.
Pagamos taxa extra+taxa de turismo, na hora de sairmos tivemos que carregar todas as bagagens.
E não fomos um caso isolado, pois outras pessoas que faziam checkout no mesmo momento, também tiveram problemas com esse hotel.
Primeira e última vez que nos hospedamos neste local.
