Dias maravilhosos que guardaremos com muito carinho na lembrança!

Os quartos são amplos, os funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos, café da manhã com muitas variedades de alimentos e limpeza impecável.

Cons:

Os equipamentos da academia que já não são muitos, não estavam funcionando, nem a esteira e nem o elíptico.

Pros:

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Desde o check-in, fomos recebidos com muito carinho e simpatia. A equipe apresentou o hotel com atenção e cordialidade, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos muito bem acolhidos.
O quarto era aconchegante, muito silencioso e com uma cama extremamente confortável. Solicitamos travesseiros extras e fomos atendidos rapidamente. O banheiro estava completo, com tudo o que precisávamos, e o chuveiro era ótimo, com água bem quente.
O café da manhã estava delicioso, com diversas opções, e as meninas que trabalhavam no local eram muito atenciosas e queridas.
Sem dúvida, quando voltarmos para Gramado, este hotel será novamente uma das nossas primeiras opções de hospedagem. Recomendo com toda certeza!
