Cons:

The disappointing part of my stay was selecting the room that included Breakfast on Booking.com and then upon checking-in was advised the room did not include Breakfast. I then had to take out my booking confirmation on my phone to physically show that the Breakfast was in fact included. Even though reservations eventually updated my details to include the breakfast, it was a disappointing experience overall as this was not the first time I've encountered a similar case at the Stanley Hotel.
