The breakfast was the best part, the room needs some fixing.
Pros:

Shuttle driver, reception staff and restaurant staff very helpful and polite. Entrance and stair case very impressive with the piano playing in the foyer. The breakfast was very enjoyable, one of the best we have had anywhere.

Cons:

Having stayed here 2 years previously, we're looking forward to seeing how the rooms were. Found the rooms a little tired. The mattress being smaller than the bed base was really mystefying, spend the night wondering if I would roll off the side!!!

Pros:

The renovation and uplift of the lobby area and restaurant was good. The rooms need to be uplifted too. Change carpets in the room and corridor and sjine and clean again.

Pros:

The fact that the shopping mall is just a lift away. The staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The carpets in the hallway leading to the rooms appeared worn over prolonged use and it kind of took away the grandness of the place for me.
