Felt like home from home when executive lounge access - well worth it and paying breakfast in advance for lounge

Our stay was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast buffet
The pool area was wonderful.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some of the carpeting in the hallways was stained and dirty looking.
One of the gift shops in the hotel closed earlier than the other shops (like before 4:00pm).

Check in times. I traveled on early, arrived at 8:30am but had to wait until lunch to get a room.

Great for a short business stay. Centrally located and easy for visitors to come for meetings.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were great, as well as the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
Would have been nice to have another restaurant option though as going out in POM is not recommended.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Facilities were clean.
Convinient access to VC was a major plus and the fact it was close proximity to all my family.
Great room service. With a handy man available at 2 in the morning which was superb.
The little personal touches they had made us feel very welcomed.
