Pros:

Wir haben ein Konzert auf der Seebühne Mörbisch besucht und sind mit dem Schiff, welches direkt beim Hotel ablegt, zur Seebühne gefahren. Das ist sehr nett und praktisch.
Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal im Hotel und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Zimmer war sehr leise und das Frühstück wirklich super. Am Nachmittag gab es Kaffee und Kuchen auf der Seeterasse und nach der Rückkehr von Mörbisch hätte es im Hotel sogar noch Gulaschsuppe für die Hausgäste gegeben - es wäre vielleicht nett, wenn das Personal dies erwähnen würde... dies haben wir nur in der Zimmerinfomappe gelesen..
Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht besucht, aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kulinarik toll, aber Hotel ist in die Kahre gekommen

Frühstück war toll

Cons:

Das Check-in war sehr langsam, wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis endlich alle Keycards programmiert waren, und alle Zettel ausgedruckt, so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Duschen im Spa Bereich waren teilweise defekt, teilweise die Dichtungen schmutzig/schimmlig. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Liegt nicht direkt am See! Die Bilder im internet suggerieren ein anderes Bild.

Cons:

Der Kaffee war schlecht! Keine gute Weinauswahl! Die versprochene Touristenkarte wurde nicht übermittelt! Das Essen war schlecht.
