Schönes Hotel mit Schwimming Pool und Sauna. Geräumige, saubere Zimmer, schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Direkt am See gelegen, mit großer Liegewiese. Cons:

Die Empfangsdame war anfangs etwas pampig und leider war das echte Wiener Schnitzel (Kalbfleisch) aus, auf das ich mich sehr gefreut hatte. Als Ersatz hatte ich einen Salat der lecker war und noch Platz für einen enttäuschenden Kaiserschmarrn der riesig, aber wenig lecker war.

Solider Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage sowohl nahe am See als auch dem Herzen von Rust.
Freundliche und nette Begrüßung.

Cons:

An verschiedenen Stellen, besonders am Teppichboden, ist schon das Alter des Hauses ablesbar und täte daher eine Erneuerung gut.

Entspannte und genussreiche Tage am Neusiedler See
Pros:

Direkte Lage am See ! Großzügige Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, außerdem nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen ohne Mehrkosten. Hervorragender Wellnessbereich, Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Alter des Hotels (40 Jahre alt) sieht man zwar, aber es fällt leicht darüber hinwegzusehen, weil die "inneren Werte" stimmen!!!

Saubere geräumige Zimmer, gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Bar war zwar nicht unfreundlich, doch für ein 4‑Sterne‑Hotel erwartete ich eine gewisse Herzlichkeit und Serviceorientierung. Die war leider nicht spürbar – ich habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt. Auf dem Zimmer fehlten sowohl eine Kaffeemaschine als auch ein Wasserkocher mit Tee oder Instantkaffee, eine Grundausstattung, die man in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig, wirken aber insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten dringend ein Refresh vertragen.
