Overall all, I like it and recommend it especially for couples and young adults.
Pros:

Staff, food and the view were excellent. I would like to thank Maher, he was very helpful and supportive during our stay.

Cons:

The walking way to reach the hotel is difficult especially if you have a children or old age.
The second point you should know, there’s no elevator for top floors, you must use the stairs as I do for 4th floor.

Wonderful
Pros:

. عند استلامنا للجناح اكتشفنا أن الجاكوزي لا يعمل وفيه رائحه كريهه تنبعث منه . قمنا بإبلاغ الموظف السوري الموجود في الاستقبال، وأخبرنا بأنه سيتم إصلاح العطل خلال نصف ساعة، لذلك انتظرنا اعتمادًا على هذا الوعد.
بعد مرور الوقت ومتابعتنا معهم، فوجئنا بإبلاغنا بأن إصلاح الجاكوزي يحتاج إلى حوالي 6 ساعات، وكان ذلك على الساعه 8مساء وهو ما يعني أننا لن نتمكن من الاستفادة منه طوال فترة إقامتنا. ولو تم إبلاغنا بذلك منذ البداية بكل شفافية، كان هناك خيار اخرى لنا بتغيير الجناح أو اتخذنا قرارًا آخر.وعند تصعيد الشكوى لصاحب الفندق قام الموظف السوري بالترجمة لصاحب الفندق انه سوء استخدام رغم اننا لم نستخدمه .
لقد اخترنا هذا الجناح تحديدًا ودفعنا مبلغًا أعلى من باقي الغرف بسبب وجود الجاكوزي، ولكن للأسف لم نستفد من الميزة الأساسية التي دفعنا مقابلها. كما أن عدم الوضوح في التعامل وإعطاؤنا معلومات غير صحيحة تسبب في ضياع وقتنا ومالنا وإفساد جزء من تجربتنا.اما بنسبه للموقع في قمه هضبة آيدر موقعه جميل .

Séjour interrompu immédiatement après la découverte d’une punaise de lit.
Pros:

Le cadre naturel autour de l’hôtel est agréable et l’emplacement est beau.

Cons:

Nous avons découvert deux punaises de lit avant même de nous installer ou d’y passer la nuit. Nous avons immédiatement averti la réception et quitté l’établissement afin de protéger notre famille, notamment notre fille de deux ans. La présence de punaises de lit est inacceptable dans un établissement de cette catégorie et remet sérieusement en cause les conditions d’hygiène.

عدم وجود مصعد والمشي والصعود حيث يوجود نزلاء لديهم مشاكل صحيه في الظهر او الرجل
والجاكوزي لازم يشغلونه وينظفونه كذا مره حتى الشوائب تخرج منه لان الجاكوزي كان خارجيا نظيفا ولكن بمجرد ان سرعان احهزة دفع الماء اعزكم الله خرجت شوائب كثيره ورائحة سيئة

Perfect
Pros:

Wonderful place.. the owners were really kind and polite. The staff were hospitable and helpful. The view was amazing. I did not want to leave 🤣 the location is perfect. Everything is around us what ever we needed we found it.
