Staff were excellent, very helpful, and friendly throughout our stay, which we really appreciated

Cons:

Very disappointing accommodation and definitely not worth the money.

The room had several problems: the curtain was broken, there were insects inside the room, hot water was not always available, the towels were old, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation were far below expectations.

We booked for three nights, but the conditions were so uncomfortable that we could not tolerate staying for the full reservation and left after the second night.

Be careful when booking, as they also refused to refund the money for the unused night.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation.

Pros:

ماشاءالله نظافه واهتمام في ادق التفاصيل صحيح لايوجد مكيف ولكن كان الجو بارد ليلا لم نحتاجه الموظفين خدومين واستقبال جميل لنا والافطار كان من اروع مايكون لم نجده في اي فندق اخر انصح فيه وبشده والله ماشفنا مثل تعاملهم

فندق رائع وموظفون ودودون وإفطار لذيذ
Pros:

الفندق جميل ومريح والموظفون خصوصاً إياد ومحمد وعامر كانوا متعاونين جداً وودودين.

الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ وسعره مناسب مقارنة بالمطاعم في ايدر فلذلك أنصح بحجز الإقامة مع الإفطار

الفندق في تلة ويجب عليك أن تمشي فوق الى الفندق وكذلك لا يوجد أصنصير فلذلك الفندق غير مناسب لكبار السن والذين لا يستطيعون المشي في الدرج والمنحدرات

فندق جميل وهادي والموظفين جداً ودودين

مكان الفندق مطل على هضبة ايدر، وفخم، ومريح، كان الاستقبال جيد يستلمون السياره ويوقفونها بالمواقف لك ويوصلون الشناط للفندق بانفسهم لانه مرتفع غير صالح لكبار السن لانه مرتفع ويحتاج لمشي 150 متر للوصول الافطار كان ممتاز ومكان الافطار قمة بالروعه

Overall all, I like it and recommend it especially for couples and young adults.
Pros:

Staff, food and the view were excellent. I would like to thank Maher, he was very helpful and supportive during our stay.

Cons:

The walking way to reach the hotel is difficult especially if you have a children or old age.
The second point you should know, there’s no elevator for top floors, you must use the stairs as I do for 4th floor.
