incredible hospitality, gorgeous zen and relaxing decor, excellent location
Pros:

breakfast was always prompt and open to adjustments. the location is amazing & the italian pizza restaurant is so lovely, cozy, and delicious

Cons:

gaia is a lovely, elegant, refreshing hotel. for the small size, it delivers immense value. there's nothing they could do better really, besides have more space, but then that's a different experience.
