Important information:

In order to complete the check-in process, guests are required to provide a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or an official national identity card.

A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available upon request for an extra charge of EUR 33. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged 6 months.

Please note that it is not allowed to exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy. Babies make part of the total occupancy.

Good value and good location. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a dog friendly place
Pros:

Good location. Appreciated that they let us check in early.
Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. Good parking.

Cons:

Awful reception area, gloomy and unwelcoming.
It was dog tolerant rather than dog friendly. Our dog was only allowed in our room but not welcome anywhere else.

Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en la mejor zona de Roquetas.
Las instalaciones son estupendas y todo muy limpio.
El personal es espectacular.

HOTEL CON BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO

La habitación era grande y las camas eran cómodas, además tenía terraza, se agradece cuando tienes ropa mojada

Cons:

No tenía contratado el desayuno pero baje el primer día a desayunar y me pareció un precio excesivo 12 euros por un buffet libre de baja calidad, no había servicio de plancha y tampoco me gusto que no me cambiaron las toallas uno de los días

Clean basic hotel
Pros:

Not the most salubrious hotel but they do great salads and a fair choice of food which we enjoyed at every meal. The animation team were great and had lots of fun games for us to play. All in all we enjoyed our holiday in this basic hotel and we would go back.
