Important information:

In order to complete the check-in process, guests are required to provide a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or an official national identity card.

A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available upon request for an extra charge of EUR 33. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged 6 months.

Please note that it is not allowed to exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy. Babies make part of the total occupancy.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night applies.

Hay que sacar más el limpia fondos!!

Está muy bien situado. En una zona muy buena cerca de la playa, restaurantes y zonas de ocio.

Cons:

He ido varias veces y a pesar de pedir habitación con balcón a la piscina nunca me la han dado. La piscina estaba bastante regular, tienen que limpiarla mejor.

Por el precio creo que había mejores opciones.
Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad de todo el personal y la variedad de opciones en el todo incluido.
Las chicas y chicos de animación son un encanto, siempre dispuestos a animar y sacar a jugar a todo el mundo.
Los camareros muy amables y educados, haciendo un gran trabajo.

Nos vamos con sabor agridulce de este hotel…
La piscina estaba súper turbia todos los días, había momentos que no se veían ni tus propias piernas… por no hablar de las piedras de la playa que te encontrabas al andar dentro del agua…
Hubo un día que no nos hicieron la habitación….
Tuvimos un problema con la alcachofa de la ducha, y tras comentarlo varias veces en varios días, un chico súper simpático de mantenimiento se encargó personalmente de solucionarlo, por lo cual estamos muy agradecidos.
El aislamiento de las habitaciones es nulo, a las 6.30 de la mañana nos despertaba el camión de la basura cargando el vidrio…
Las instalaciones necesitan ser renovadas.
Solo dos ascensores para todo el hotel, había momentos que se quedaban muy cortos… no me quiero imaginar en plena temporada alta…

Aprovecharon que bajamos a la piscina para entrar en nuestra habitación 229 y limpiarnos dos carteras una con 55€ y otra con 10€.. UNA VERGÜENZA.!!!!!

Está cerca de la playa, muy buena ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

El olor a perro que había en los pasillos, y no lo digo por qué me molesten los perros sino por algunos dueños que pasan de bañarlos.

La ubicación quizá es lo mejor

Cons:

El buffet es decepcionante. Lo mismo a la hora del almuerzo que en la cena. Las comidas frías y sin sabor. No habia una gran variedad de comida. Menos mal que los desayunos se salvaron. De 4 máquinas de café solo funcionaba 1 de 3 máquinas para refrescos y cerveza solo funcionaba 1.
