Worst experience, I had to book for another apartment, so disappointed, don’t ever try them
Pros:

They didn’t not response to my calls and texts , they owe me R950, someone from a different provider responded and this number : +27 21 552 0690 is connected to a different person

Cons:

Such properties booking.com should remove them from the list because they are not honest and now they owe me money and they’re not saying anything. I will expose them on media if they don’t reply and refund me

Very horrible experience due to the broken bed that was known about
Pros:

The host was very friendly and helpful.
At one point we were stranded at FNB stadium and he got us an uber to go fetch us. For that I’ll always be grateful to brother Karabo.

Cons:

We got to the guesthouse at 2am after the event we were attending , when it was time to sleep only to find out the bed was broken in half , woke up with a sore neck and back . We escalated this to reception and the lady that works there confirmed they all knew about the broken bed in our room. I really don’t understand how you make someone pay R1300+ then give them a room with a broken bed without a shame . I still find that hard to understand. This alone made me overlook everything else and it made my stay there horrible regardless of how beautiful the guesthouse is.
