Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, just across the road from the beach, only a five-minute walk. Right in front of the hotel is a small Sam's supermarket with affordable prices and very friendly staff.

The hotel is fairly quiet at night, and the room includes a small fridge, a couple of pots, plates, and basic utensils, although the kitchen equipment is limited. A special mention goes to the cleaning lady, who was exceptionally friendly throughout our stay.

Cons:

The hotel is quite outdated and could benefit from renovation. The air conditioning only works in the bedroom, so if three people are staying, the living area becomes very warm unless the bedroom door is left open.

When we arrived, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It was bad enough that I almost asked to change rooms, but fortunately it disappeared after the first day and wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay.

On the positive side, maintenance issues were resolved quickly. We had no light in the living room on one occasion and another minor issue later on, both of which were fixed within 24 hours.

Our company booked several rooms, and unfortunately none of them had a working TV. As it was the World Cup, it would have been nice to watch the matches in the room instead of going out late with the kids. When I mentioned this to the manager, he simply shrugged and said, "That's the way it is," which was disappointing.

I've also seen reviews mentioning the restaurant downstairs, but it doesn't appear to be operating anymore.

Slitt hotel. Dårlig rengjøring.
Pros:

Sengene var bra og rolig gate. Kort vei til strand. God mottagelse når vi kom. Prisen var rimelig.

Cons:

Bad som var lite og ukomfortabelt. Rett fra soverommet. Ingen steder å henge håndklær inne og mange kontakter/lamper hang og slang. Møkkete og hullete sofa. Lakk masse fra krana på kjøkkenet. Bad inkl do ble vasket 1 gang på 7 dager. Et veldig slitt hotell. Så betjening kun når vi kom. Fikk ikke levert nøkkel når vi dro så den la vi i resepsjonen.

Отличный вариант для небольшого бюджета
Pros:

Расположение отличное, довольно тихая улица и близко к морю. Хороший мини отель за такие деньги. Доброжелательный и готовый помочь персонал.

Cons:

Если главное море и на небольшие детали не обращать внимания, отличный вариант.

Simple et efficace.

Small, but clean, basic accomodations - good location
Pros:

Great location, easy to walk to the beach, to restaurants, there are busses to the city center, and you can walk to the bus station to go to Gasipasa airport as well. Overal is ok apart, but small. Bed was comfortable, very soft mattress, cotton blankets, pillow was also good enough, which is very improtant for me.

Cons:

But the room is small, the bathroom/shower is extremely small. No toiletries, except hand soap. No airconditioner in the kitche/living room. Door to the balcony does not lock, no safe to keep any valuables. There were some mosquitos on the second floor as well.

You get what you pay for: low budget stay
Pros:

It’s a very good location, just 10-15 min walk from bus station, 5-7 min from Cleopatra beach. It was a good transition hotel because our main vacation was in Konakly. it’s easy to get there from airport by local bus.
It was clean, very soft mattress and pillows were decent. Clean bedding and towels.
You can hang some wet clothes on the balcony.
They have a basin, for washing laundry, I think.

We would not want to stay there longer than 1-2 nights, though.

Cons:

The building is rather old, and the basic 2-room budget apartment was very small, and things were not in perfect state, though everything is in working condition. Air conditioning is only in the bedroom; tiny kitchenette with some basic ditches and utilities, electric kettle and stovetop, small fridge.
No toiletries in the bathroom, except liquid hand soap. Make sure to bring your own.
Swimming pool didn’t have water, not sure if it’s a temporal situation or not.
