Pros:

La cama estaba deliciosa, dormimos súper bien. El desayuno estaba bien pero lo que más me gustó era que tenía la opción de leche de almendras perfecto para personas intolerantes a la lactosa. Al igual que las housekeeping había una cada hora, algo así, y eso hacía que la habitación estuviera siempre limpia y ordenada. A parte me gustó que tenían shampo, acondicionador y body shower.

It was okay. We didn't have to spend much time at the hotel.
Pros:

we didn't eat there. Location was good after we figured out the intersection.

no toilet seat and no chair in the bathroom to sit on.

Comfortable hotel located just off the highway
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable and clean
Ample and spacious parking
Breakfast spread was ample and varied
There appeared to be much attention to detail (to my mind) to make our stay convenient
There was a fair number of cafes nearby and the Oakland Plaza was within walking distance
Easy access driving to the hotel just off the highway

A little pricier than I would’ve liked, but I was very happy with my short stay while in town to visit family.
Pros:

Staff was really good. My room key card quit working twice, but was easily remedied. Your breakfast offerings are varied, and very, very tasty.

Cons:

It’s Kansas City. It’s just the traffic issue and not any issue with your facility.
