Buono,ma si potrebbe migliorare nella ristorazione

Soggiorno piacevole,personale molto cordiale .Posizione strategica per chi vuole raggiungere le Grotte di Frasassi

Il condizionamento funziona solo programmandolo alla reception
La colazione seppur ricca di prodotti fornisce le bevande calde alla macchinetta.Il cappuccino e il caffè sono veramente imbevibili,non sono risucito a berne un sorso
Suggerimento perchè non prepararli direttamente al bar?
Menu' con poca varietà,perchè aggiungere solo il pesce nel week-end?
Ho preso un misto di carne fritta,molto dura e secca.Servizio al tavolo molto lento.

il borghetto intorno è molto bello. la struttura è datata ma le stanze sono ristrutturate. personale super efficiente e gentile. spazi adeguati, colazione abbondante. comodissimo per visitare le grotte. abbiamo cenato al ristorante, buonino.

Cons:

lo stile di per sè è un po' datato, le modalità sono da hotel vecchio stile ma ci sta. ristorante non dei migliori dal punto di vista delle preparazioni ma ok.

A due passi dalla biglietteria delle grotte e dal parco avventura. Bella piscina.

La posizione ottima.al ristorante dell' hotel si mangia benissimo.ottima la colazione.zona tranquilla. I dipendenti di tutto l hotel gentilissimi e disponibili.

Cons:

La regolazione del climatizzatore farlo ognuno dalla propria stanza come gli è gradito.invece lì lo fanno loro dalla reception.

Meraviglioso!
Pros:

La vista dal balconcino della nostra camera era stupenda, così come la tranquillità durante la notte.
Struttura molto accogliente e confortevole.
Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Avremmo preferito che, nella prima colazione, fossero inclusi anche il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati al bar (conteggiati, invece, come extra) e non con la macchina automatica munita di capsule preconfezionate.
