Good find. Bravo me.
Pros:

Beautifully made building inside the old town, v near the Sea Organ. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Parking can be tricky, but we were on motorcycles and the staff went out of their way to help.

Great location in the old town. Very helpful and informative staff.
Pros:

Everything beautiful place, good food. Staff shared a lot of local knowledge to help our road trip around Croatia.

Tolles Hotel mit toller Ausstattung und Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt bei der Meeresorgel und der Altstadt. Geschmackvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung. Das servierte Frühstück auf der mediterranen Terrasse war traumhaft.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer auf 2 Etagen. Der Nachteil ist, dass der obere Schlafbereich schwer zu kühlen ist. Jammern auf hohem Niveau, Wenn wir länger geblieben wären, hätten wir nach einem Ventilator gefragt.

An excellent room in an excellent location staffed by excellent people !!
Pros:

The bedroom and bathroom were well above average size and exceptionally well appointed and although i normally find it difficult to sleep in hotel beds, the bed was incredibly comfortable and slept well !! The hotel location was very close to the major attractions of the Old Town in Zadar and could not have been better placed. Special call-out to the hotel staff who were so helpful during my stay and gave excellent recommendations for a day trip to a small island nearby to avoid the intense heat of the day !!!

Cons:

Very hard to find a fault with this hotel, if pushed, the only comment would have been the lack of a kettle in the room, but its hardly the end of the world !!

we did not receive the full package we paid for.
Pros:

the manager was very nice and understanding. she was sorry she could not put us in the main, more historical building since all rooms were booked. breakfast was nice- but.....it did not help to lower my general disappointment.

Cons:

hotels promo material heavily emphasize the ability to enjoy the garden space for evening drinks and luxury dinners. the restaurant and garden was closed in the evening. it was open only for breakfast.
the annex is a big building with old run down steps and dirty walls. Although the room was nice the total experience was very negative. the entry to the building did not have automatic light after entering. you have to use a switch that we know nothing of. we used our phone light to make it to the elevator.
in summary - we did not receive the full package we paid for.

Great location, buffet breakfast lacking
Pros:

Excellent location, nice room in the annexe, staff in the hotel were helpful & friendly

Cons:

Breakfast in day one was ooor, cheap white sliced bread, avocado paste from a tube, cofffee was totally cold.
Day two was much better, but hardly any cheese
No vegetarian options other than granola or fruit
Same white sliced bread
The buffet breakfast needs tu he much better for a hotel if this quality & price

Pros:

Great location, modern room, ok breakfast and welcoming staff

Cons:

Expensive for what it is, not even coffee machine or kettle in the room. Low pressure in the bathroom

Solides Hotel nahe der Sonnenorgel
Pros:

Insgesamt wertiges Haus, sehr sauber, gute Lage und sehr freundlicher Service. Das Frühstück im kleinen Haushof war toll. Die Zubuchung der Parkplatzmöglichkeit ein Privileg! Das angrenzende Restaurant serviert eine sehr gute Pizza.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG, es war unglaublich dunkel, wahrscheinlich war ich so enttäuscht, weil die Fotos auf Booking deutlich anders aussehen.

A must stay property if you’re visiting Zadar
Pros:

This was a beautiful property in a great location, I think probably the best accommodation we had during our stay to Croatia. We had a room in the annex building looking out to the square and sea view. The room was far bigger than we expected and very modern in an old building with small balcony. Great checking experience with everything about the hotel and location explained. Breakfast in the main building was excellent with a great choice. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Zadar. Should you get a taxi from the bus station to the property, take an uber…our taxi was €32 there & €5.50 back to the station using uber

We loved staying there and would highly recommend it!
Pros:

The hotel has an amazing location. We had a loft room for the three of us that worked out well. The garden restaurant was excellent and breakfast was included and delicious. The staff were super helpful and there is parking.

Pros:

Excellent location but very quiet. Staff very helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Cons:

Although there was a hot water station near reception in the main building, there were no teabags/coffee/cups etc whereas these were readily available in the annex.

Schöner Aufenthalt im historischen Ambiente, in einer wundervollen Stadt.
Pros:

Schöne, zentrale Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Total zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, dass unsere Anforderungen in Bezug auf die Parkplätze, Auto und Anhänger, super gelöst hat und selbst bei einem technischen Problem sofort helfen konnte. Sehr schöne und idyllische Lage von Restaurant beziehungsweise Frühstücksraum.N

Cons:

Allenfalls die scharfen Metallecken von der Treppe direkt in Kopfhöhe über dem Schreibtisch.
