The location of this property is fantastic, a short walk to everything. Parking is simple, staff a very accommodative and friendly.
No Tea and Coffee facilities available in the room. There is the restaurant to supply a cup of tea at a cost to the person

Unique, arty, clean, friendly, great location
Staff were so friendly and amazing - even parked my car for me on arrival and took bags in for us.
Location was within a 5 mins walk of the old town - so very convenient.
Some lovely art and boutique touches throughout the room and overall hotel.
Breakfast good - from restaurant attched to property.
We were staying in room 5 - there was a known issue - it smelt like the restaurant when they cooked due to a ventilation problem - we would have expected guests to be warned when booking, and the price to reflect this issue.
Das Hotel liegt eigentlich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Zada (ausser am Abend die essenden Gäste der umliegenden Restaurants. In Gehdistanz ist die Altstadt und der "Gruss an die Sonne" und die Wasserorgelpfeifen.
Der Verkehr nach und in Zadar ist schrecklich, wir kamen kaum nach Zadar hinein und parkierten erstmals ausserhalb der Altstadt. Zingend eien Parkplatz beim Hotel reservieren, sonst wird das Parkieren über Nacht kompliziert (oder teuer). Das Frühstück ist wenig Buffet und ein Menu, jedoch ist der Kellner wenig interessiert und zu Fragen zu Unverträglichkeiten muss er nachfragen mit wenig Inhalt in der Antwort.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff were warm, professional and genuinely helpful throughout, making us feel very welcome. We also really appreciated the family-run feel of the hotel, which gave it a warm, personal atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable
The breakfast was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed dining in the beautiful courtyard restaurant
The location is outstanding, right on the edge of the Old Town and just a short walk from the harbour where we arrived, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and a superb shower. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
