Perfect, location, staff and food
Pros:

15 minutes from the airport, in the heart of the old town. Great staff, hotel and restaurant. As you walk out of the entrance you have 50 metres and you on the main street in Zadar

Good location, within walking distance of the main sights of Zadar and close to a very good cocktail bar that's on the water.

Hugely overpriced

If you are staying in the hotel - and so paying a LOT in high season (it is HUGELY overpriced) - then your options at breakfast are very poor. People who are not staying at the hotel but just come in for breakfast - I.e. are paying a lot less overall - have a much better selection of food at breakfast (avocado on toast, French toast), whilst guests of the hotel are limited to things like a very simple cheese omelette or a toastie. This is absolutely bizarre. (The toastie was disgracefully bad - poor quality ham and cheese that hadn't melted, on very cheap white bread).

Further, things like freshly squeezed orange juice are available to non-guests, whilst guests get super-cheap, poor quality "from concentrate" "juice".

Finally, the big selling point about the hotel - "adults only" - is a pure lie. The only facility that the hotel has is a restaurant (there is no space to hang out, no pool, no bar), so literally the only interaction you will have outside of your own room is whilst eating breakfast - and this is open to children (there were lots of families having a much better breakfast than the guests who'd actually paid to stay at the hotel - see above). So it's a straightforward lie.

Basically, this place is lying about itself, and is HUGELY overpriced. It felt like a scam.

Zadar is a lovely spot but I'd be staying anywhere else if I returned

Perfect location, beautifull rooms

Cons:

A little bit rwstructed choice of breakfast options for a 4* hotel. Combo of buffet (very small) and a la carte... No vegetables.

Das Frühstück und auch das Restaurant mit der Abendkarte waren hervorragend - die Lage des Hotels am Ende der Halbinsel, etwas ab vom Trubel ist ein großer Pluspunkt!
